Found on the highly desirable West End of 30A, Sweet Melissa is a short bike ride to Gulf Place Town Center and several popular restaurants and shops. Sweet Melissa is also directly across 30A from 1500+ feet of public beach!

Parking:
• Parking for 5 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Exterior cameras present at the home

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
