Great family time

Everyone loved the house! The layout was perfect for 3 couples. Great location within Watercolor. We enjoyed riding the bikes through the neighborhood, to Seaside and to the Watercolor Beach Club. We will definitely want to rent the house on future trips to Watercolor.

There was plenty of room for everyone to gather for dining, watching tv, or sitting on the porches. Ping pong was enjoyed since we had lots of rain during our visit. Everything was great! Loved being right by the main pool, basketball court, etc. with our teenaged boys. The management co, Royal Destinations was top notch answering little questions here and there. Very attentive.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The amenities at Camp Watercolor were highly enjoyed by our kids. Royal Destinations were thorough, informative, and responsive with any requests we had. Everything in the house was in great shape. There were really helpful labels throughout the house helping you understand how everything works. My kids loved the location by Camp Watercolor and the the basketball court. I loved that the checkout list was short (makes it feel more like a vacation!). Royal Destinations was fantastic. Would definitely rent from them again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here! It is very close to camp watercolor, the basketball court and the playground. Also just 3 minutes from Publix. The home is spacious and very clean. We loved having screened in porches on both floors. There were a few children’s books but no beach toys or extras. The check-in isn’t until 5pm and checkout is at 10am which I felt cut our stay a little short on both ends. It’s very clearly a “rental” - minimal decor, one ply toilet paper, no salt/pepper/aluminum foil type things in the kitchen. But overall we had a great time in watercolor.

Perfect Multi Family House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house offers the perfect set up for a multi-family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms for the adults and the bunk room for the kids. We even used the mater closet for the baby room with a full size crib. There are no extras with this rental - bring your own spices, extra paper goods, etc. The kitchen has wonderful dishes, cookware and all the small appliances too. The back patio and all the decks are perfect for early mornings and late nights. We used the grill multiple times. I would absolutely rent this house again. We had 3 families with room to spare.

Perfect Family Vacation

The house is beautiful and the location next to Camp Watercolor could not have been more convenient for our family with kids aged 5,14, and 15. We especially enjoyed the porch areas and the porch swings. So comfortable for afternoon naps and evening cocktails. As a family who loves to cook, we appreciated the kitchen appliances and how well the kitchen was stocked. We had everything we needed (and more) to make delicious meals, and I had to laugh that many of the things were the same as we use at home, great minds think alike! My husband especially enjoyed the Sonic style ice maker, perfect for making the best cocktails. And although we had more beds than we needed for our group, when we saw the inflatable small air mattress in the master, we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised...it was perfect for our little one, who still likes to wander into room at night. I could go on and on, the Adorable Little green egg, beautiful outdoor fireplace, comfortable furniture, board games, all of it was so nice and so appreciated. This is the perfect spot. My favorite out of our many trips to Watercolor.

The grill was not working and it would have been great to know that in advance. The maintenance person showed up during breakfast to change an air filter. Any maintenance should be done before or after the rental. The service from the property management company was superior! I can’t say enough about how there level of service made a smooth and enjoyable trip for us. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home!

The kids were blown away with the awesome bunk bed set up! All 3 other bedrooms had king beds so all adults felt like they had the master. We spent lots of time on the porch swings watching the people go by. There was plenty of room in the house to spread out, and fun things to do for the kids- ping ping, games, puzzles. The location next to Camp Watercolor was great. Parking for the beach club wasn’t so great. The kitchen had everything we needed and all appliances were high end. We had a perfect week!

Great rental

Great rental with a perfect location to Camp WaterColor which my three kids really enjoyed. There are 3 different pools that kept everyone thoroughly entertained. The home was beautiful and had everything you could ever want or need to have a fantastic getaway.
