The entire back of the home is a custom wall of floor-ceiling windows providing tons of natural light and direct views of the the sparkling, Saltwater private pool 👙. The living room is a perfect hangout spot with a large leather sofa, Daybed/sofa, 2 arm chairs and ottoman. Enjoy shows on the 70" TV or enjoy the gas fireplace 🔥 in the cooler winter season.

KITCHEN/DINING

The kitchen is a chef's delight-it has brand new appliances including a wine fridge, and stunning 36" navy blue Ilve gas range. Kitchen cabinets extend to the ceiling, and are full stocked with all the amenities you'll need. We provide spices, a Ninja blender, Keurig & Traditional Coffee Maker, InstantPot, Non-stick Cephalon pots n pans, and more...just bring the chef👩‍🍳. The massive oversized island has white Quartz countertops, and comfortably seats 5. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats 8.

OUTDOOR

Prefer to dine al fresco? Grab a cocktail 🍸 and dine on the covered patio overlooking the pool! The poolside dining table seats 6, and the pool area also has 4 lounge chairs and a gas grill. The private saltwater pool features LED lights for your evening swim..... these can be remotely set at your request with special "light shows" or just a steady calming light turned on at dusk and off at 9:30 pm. Heated outdoor shower for your convenience.

** Before you snag your booking at Stayin' Sandy Jr, please review the following**

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Once a booking is made, you will be e-mailed a POC (point of contact) form and short Rental Agreement to e-sign. This agreement is simply for liability purposes.

SECURITY DEPOSIT A $200 security deposit hold is required. No worries—it's just a hold, not a charge! It’ll be released 5 days after you soak up the sun and head home! 🏖️

SAFETY: Pool Alarm, Fire Alarms, Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Fire Extinguisher

CHECK-OUT: 10 AM sharp. We've got to spruce up for the next wave of beachgoers.

RENTAL AGE POLICY: We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we only rent to friend and family groups, and you must be 23 years or older to reserve the home.

QUIET ENJOYMENT: Keep it mellow outside after 11 PM. Let's soak in the serene beach sounds!

PARKING: 3 cars MAX on driveway only. NO boats/trailers. Cars parked on street/landscaping subject to tow.

BEACH: Short walk to Blue Mountain Beach public access

SMOKING: Let's keep the air salty and the vibes chill – no smoking, vaping, parties, events, confetti or glitter allowed!

PETS: Not permitted

MAXIMUM GUESTS: The spacious 3 BR home accommodates max of 8 guests– it's all about beachside bonding!

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking
• Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a $99 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 45 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept credit cards (A 3% fee applies for all credit card transactions).

CLEANING FEE: The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee. This fee goes directly to the family that cleans the property between each stay and is designed to be a Fair Living Wage. Between each stay the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and all towels and linens are replaced with fresh clean towels/linens.
