Live like a local in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo just steps to all that Seaside has to offer. Walk to all the restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. Rental comes with wristbands for Seaside beach access at the Coleman Pavilion. You can rent chairs there or bring your own. Located on the second floor of the building it has a large porch / balcony overlooking beautiful Ruskin Place Artist Colony, there is a screened in porch for dining and another balcony shared by 2 of the bedrooms with nice views of Seaside. The living room has a 85 inch smart TV, the dining room has seating for 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed & private bathroom. 2 have tubs / shower combos and one has a shower only. The condo sleeps 6. If you are looking for the perfect location in the middle of all the action of Seaside but still offers a peaceful setting & privacy this is the condo for you.

3 couples, great stay. Very clean, all the kitchen supplies we would need. Only thing I would clarify on site description would be the unit is located on the 2nd floor and no elevator. The condo is very nice. It's great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The outdoor porch area is very spacious. The shops and beach are all very close. The convenience factor of this condo is huge!Only downside is if you do want to drive anywhere, you might have trouble finding a parking spot when you return. One day if took my husband nearly an hour to get a spot.
