The cottage is super cute with an open floor plan and a nice screened porch. It was VERY clean, especially for a dog-friendly place (which we appreciated as we brought our dog who felt at home). The primary bed mattress was very comfy, and that bathroom shower is spacious. All of the tvs worked great. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, and it’s only 1 mile from Seaside. We would choose to stay here again!I messaged beforehand about how we like to cook and was told the kitchen was fully stocked…I would say it’s fairly basic. Notes: - No matter how long you stay (for us, 2 weeks), you get 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 2 paper towels, and 1 extra kitchn trashbag. - There were supposed to be 2 beach chairs. I’m assuming they were in the locked shed that had no key.- I rated (required) the pool facilities 5 stars; we did not use them, but they looked nice and picked up and were close.- Though the cottage is dog-friendly, the beaches are not unless you obtain a permit; however, permits are only available to residents or property owners. This is simply an fyi for travelers/tourists.
