Beautiful Beach House in a Great Location

Stone’s Throw was perfect for our most recent family vacation to Florida! The house is a few minute golf cart ride to the beach and to local restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The screened in porch on the second story was a favorite of ours. We would definitely stay there again!

Thanksgiving fun

Stones throw was a great house to hold extended family for thanksgiving week, everyone was comfortable and entertained. The golf cart and parking space for 3 cars was a nice bonus! Would recommend to others.

Beautiful home across the street from beach

The home is beautiful and location is great right across the street from the beach. Really enjoyed the screened in porch off second floor living area, and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals all week. Full sized washer and dryer were provided and had nice fire pit outside on patio. Plenty of space to accommodate our group of 15.

House is huge

There is tons of room! The house goes on and on. The golf cart was great! The screened in porch was so nice. The beds were comfy. The decor was very cute. The kids had a great time with the game room. Really really like our stay

Lovely Vacation Home

Stone's Throw is the perfect, spacious family vacation home. Absolutely every aspect of this home is beautiful and well-maintained. Our family of 10 enjoyed our first family vacation in years at Stone's Throw. The golf cart was a tremendous hit for traveling to and from the beach. The outdoor areas of the home were enjoyed by all. The home was clean and had the amenities necessary for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely book it again!

Family vacation

Loved the house and community. The house was large enough for 16 people. The beach was beautiful, but very crowded. Most of the beach is private, so the public beach is small. There were other public beaches, but there was no parking.

Perfect Week

We came in for a wedding and spring break. We always love visiting Santa Rosa Beach, but staying at this home made it even better. Our first full day was Easter, and the large kitchen and eating area made cooking Easter dinner perfect! All the adults loved having a private bedroom and the bunk room was perfect for all the teenagers. So much space to spread out...it just made things so comfortable. The 2nd floor screened in deck and fire pit area was an added bonus. Last but not least, the golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze.

Spotless & Spacious

This property was amazing and because it’s at the back of the subdivision there is more privacy, peace & quiet. The beach is right across from the subdivision .The house was spotless and is laid out so well. There is ample space for everyone and large flat screen smart tvs in every room. It’s 5-10 minutes away from all the major shopping, but just a couple minutes from Stinky’s restaurant which is superb and down the street is a trendy little shopping village with more places to eat shop and get ice cream. The beach is public and it gets pretty packed but if you get there around 10 you’ll be fine and around 4o’clock the crowds die down and the beach is stunning until night time. 10/10 recommend!

Great house!

We had a great time. Perfect house for a large family group. Plenty of comfortable space for all. Very clean, bright, modern, attractive. The kitchen has all the utensils you could need. Comfortable beds, great bedding. Showers were wonderful; loved the on-demand hot water which is perfect when you have 10 people all taking showers around the same time. Used all the amenities - patio, grill, screened porch, game room, multiple TVs, community pool, golf cart. Loved the setting, backs to jungle-like vegetation for a feel of privacy. Very reasonable walk to the beach if you don't feel like taking the golf cart or driving. Would happily return and stay here again!

Best house for multiple families!

We loved this house for our stay in 30A! We had 3 families that each had a few children and this house had so much space that it never felt chaotic or crowded. The house was perfectly clean upon arrival and everything was nice and comfortable including AC units on each floor to keep the whole house cool. The location was great and in a nice area close to the beach. We especially loved having the golf cart to get around and to the beach which was right down the road. The company messaged a few times to let us know the house was ready for check in, see if we needed anything, and also sent the check out instructions which was very appreciated. We messaged once needing a small item and they got it there right away. The only thing they didn’t provide (I’m sure they would have if we reached out) were bed linens for the 2 pull out sofas but we had enough beds to squeeze kids into that we were alright without using them. Overall, it was a great stay and we would highly recommend staying here with a large group and hope to come back someday!

Perfect for large groups!

The house was perfect for our large groups! The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils, wine fridge, large pantry was very useful. The golf cart was a HUGE bonus and definitely needed for getting back and forth to the beach with all of your beach “stuff”. The house is advertised as a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom. But we were under the impression that each bedroom had its own bathroom. They must be counting the half bath downstairs as a 5th bathroom. It was not a problem for us though. The upstairs room was perfect for kids. They had their own space and plenty of places to sleep. It was not noisy for the people sleeping underneath. Great trip overall and we would stay here again!
