Sparkling blue beaches…. sugar white sand…. blissful sunny days. It all awaits you at 117 Gulf Shore Drive - West. This vacation home is built right on the sand in the residential enclave of Gulf Trace - just off 30A in Grayton Beach. With 2900 square feet, our home offers five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and is roomy enough to comfortably accommodate up to thirteen guests.

No need to rush to get to the beach – you are already there! Take time to sit on the balcony and enjoy watching the kids play in the sand. With 80 feet of beach frontage, there is no better beach location. So come prepared to build a sand castle and bask in the sun!

Designed with family enjoyment in mind, our main level offers an open concept living and kitchen area. New LVP flooring and new furnishings invite you to relax and enjoy your beach experience. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances, and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for your stay. For the chef in the group, there is a BBQ grill on the balcony. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy movie entertainment on the large flat panel HDTV television. Complimentary WIFI is provided.

Each of the five bedroom suites offers a private, full bathroom. There is beachfront balcony access from two of the bedrooms. For your convenience, a full laundry room is located on the main level.

Dining out is a delight in Grayton Beach! Great restaurants abound from casual to elegant in the old village of Grayton Beach itself or nearby in Seaside or Blue Mountain Beach. In fact, all of the picturesque villages of Scenic 30A are just minutes away offering delightful diversions for sensational shopping at unique boutiques, free live musical entertainment and special seasonal festivities. The location is unsurpassed, and the accommodations are perfect ~ make some beach memories at 117 Gulf Shore Drive in Grayton Beach! All vehicles parked at a residence must fit within the boundaries of the driveway (can fit 3 cars) RV's and camper trailers are not allowed. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at guest's expense. *Golf Cart rentals are not allowed per neighborhood association.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Fabulous Girls Trip

We stayed in both sides of the duplex for a college girls trip reunion and couldn't have enjoyed the location or homes more. The beach is very wide and private and the home is well equipped and beautifully decorated. We loved the location near Grayton Beach.

Spring Break with the Family

Perfect place for our group of 10 with 4 kids under 10 plus 6 adults. It is right on the Gulf. Definitely hit our favorite restaurants (Red Bar and Hurricane Oyster Bar) that were an easy walk away. Rented chairs from beach chairs 4U. Did a dolphin tour in Destin. Great time in a nice home. Comfy beds.

You do share beach access steps with your attached neighbor which wasn't any issue for us. Someone stayed across from us, and we never heard them at all so walls must be well built. The beach in this area is not as crowded as many parts of 30A. 2 upstairs bedrooms have great views. The house had dual fridges in the kitchen which was helpful for all our drinks and cold stuff. Only thing missing is an icemaker. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful views. Well appointed kitchen, clean house and great communication with property management. The beach has been privatized so we did struggle a little with beach services, there is an exclusive chair company (that did a great job) but had to figure out SUP boards and kayaks differently than we have in the past.

This was a fantastic place. We rented both East and west sides of the house the whole house we enjoyed ourselves immensely, and Rebecca with the Properties management company was one of the best girls we had ever dealt with. Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and the lagoon.The house itself was ideal for our group of eight. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, so everyone had their own space and felt completely comfortable. One of the highlights for us was the kitchen—it was fully outfitted with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. You can tell the owners really thought of everything.The decor was elegant and minimalist, creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere without any clutter. It felt like a true retreat. Literally on the beach

Great location, close to all our favorite restaurants, clean well stocked appliances and kitchen supplies. Bathrooms were big and spacious. Beautifully decorated. Only criticism would be lower level bedroom was basically a cot looking bed and super small with shared lower level bathroom for guest. Upper bedroom’s were superb with beautiful views. We were very comfortable with 4 couples and if the other couple had come one would be disappointed with sleeping arrangements. Definitely would recommend and book again.

My Vacation Was Ruined by Pet Hair.

My great-grandson suffers with allergies. The family room rug was covered with pet hair. We suffered with him for the entire stay. We are not pet owners therefore, the pet hair was there when we got there. I was upset. We all got covered in the hair.

Another good experience with this listing (with one complaint)

We love this property and have stayed here a number of times over the years. In our opinion, the houses right on the beach in the Gulf Trace neighborhood are the best in the area in terms of having beach-front access without the overcrowding associated with Seaside, Rosemary Beach, etc. We had a great stay here again this year, but have one complaint. The upstairs A/C unit went out mid-week, and although the management company was very responsive, it took the better part of 3 days to get the issue resolved and we all had to sleep in pretty uncomfortable conditions at night.
