With 4 bedrooms, a sleeping nook, and over 2,500 sq ft of comfortable living space, this home is perfect for families and friends looking for both relaxation and convenience. Just 300 yards from the public beach and steps from local favorites like Stinky's Fish Camp, this home puts the best of 30A right at your doorstep.
OUTDOOR LIVING & BEACH ACCESS
Relax by the private pool in the fenced backyard with plenty of lounge space, a grilling area, and shaded seating. Pool heating is available from November 1 – May 31 for an additional fee. Multiple covered porches and patios provide plenty of spots for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is an easy walk, or you may choose to drive down and park, complete with restrooms, changing areas, and a convenient ramp to the sand.
