Perfect beach vacation

Wonderful stay at this property, very well maintained for its age. We've stayed at another unit at this development before and this property is nicer. Only issue we had is that the second bedroom has a queen bed instead of singles which caused some drama between our tweens (wish there were two beds), but we knew that from the pictures before we got there, property was accurately depicted in the description so I can't fault the property for that. Everything worked well, had lots of beach gear we utilized (chairs, umbrellas, fishing pole, stand-up paddle board, etc.), comfortable beds with high end linens. We'll be back!

Great property!

Everything was wonderful! Great location, incredible views, nice home. Private beach access was amazing. $30 per day for a pair of beach chairs and an umbrella, setup and taken down for you each evening. The only oddity was that there was zero cell service (Verizon) in the house, truly the oddest thing, but WiFi was strong.

Perfection in Blue Mountain

This property was perfect for our family of four. Very well equipped in the kitchen and all the supplies you need for a day at the beach. The view from the back deck sets up perfectly for the amazing 30A sunsets.

BEAUTIFUL!! There is no better word. The property is well taken care of, steps from a private beach, delicious food is found everywhere, Publix makes shopping convenient. Quiet neighborhood.

Perfect location and a Beautiful Beach

The location is excellent! The private beach was a HUGE bonus, we never had to fight for a good spot no matter the time of day. The beach itself didn’t disappoint either. We had days of crystal clear water and a big white sandy beach with ample room from the waters edge to the sand dune. We took frequent short walks to The Blue Mountain Bakery and The Blue Mountain Creamery. The Blue Mountain Bakery had a really great breakfast and The Blue Mountain Creamery had amazing ice cream (flavors change daily and never disappointed). There were also a couple of walking distance restaurants that we will try on our next trip back. The photos of the condo were accurate, it was clean and quiet. All the rooms are spacious and you won’t feel like you are on top of each other. Gorgeous views of the beach/ocean as well!

Family Beach Vacation

This condo made our family beach vaction very memorable. The unobstructed views of the ocean were fantastic. With having three little kids we were very grateful for how clean this unit was when we arrived. We will definitely be back to create more family memories.

November Bliss

We opted to rent this lovely condo on an off week in November. The location is absolutely perfect for a chill family time. There are tons of great restaurants and shops nearby. The condo was decorated beautifully and the property managers were super responsive to the small issues that arose. Overall, highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous and located in a great spot!

Perfect place to stay, beach access was awesome, the unit was very clean and has everything you could need. Located close to great food, easy drive to Destin but no need to really leave the area….Breathtakingly beautiful and very accommodating in making sure your stay is great. A very minor thing…the mattresses could be a bit more comfortable but nothing to hold you back from renting this beautiful piece of heaven!

Great Private Beach

The townhouse was newly renovated and very clean. The best part is the private beach. We had so much space and the kids loved it. The management company was super helpful, they responded very quickly. We would stay here again.

We have stayed all over 30A and this hidden gem is our favorite of them all! The property has been renovated and is very clean, fully stocked, comfortable and lovely. The view from the townhome and private beach access is unbeatable as we had plenty of space to spread out all week! We enjoyed walking to many places including the bakery, market, Blue Mabel, and to Blue Mountain Creamery (best ice cream on 30A) every evening. Liv Vacations was very responsive and quickly addressed any needs we had.

Everything about or stay was excellent!

I almost hate writing this review about this place because I don’t want anyone complicating our future bookings! LOL! Everything about or stay was incredible! The townhome was in excellent condition. Housekeeping did an incredible job preparing it for us. Exceptionally appointed in every detail. Booking our beach chairs was so easy. Management checked on us the 1st night to make sure everything was in order. We had a small leak issue that was attended to quickly and turned out to be nothing at all. Management was quick to respond to that need and we didn’t have to be there for them to check it out. This was our first visit to this townhome and second visit to this property. You will not be disappointed. It is quiet and the true beach experience we love. Can not beat the proximity to the beach! Biking, walking to restaurants...it’s a wonderful 30A experience without the crowds. Highly recommend Sea Cliffs #8!

The beach views were really nice from the house and back porch - can’t beat them! The beach was fairly private especially compared to other nearby areas. Also, easy beach access. Would stay again!
