Love this property

We have stayed here before and we love the condo and the location. It’s clean and updated and very cozy. Plus the location is perfect!!!

Amazing Location

The beach access point was across the street from the condo. There was also a gas station beside the condo. Everything was within walking distance. I was amazed at the convenience of the location.

Reviewer Comments: This was our tenth stay at Beachwood Villas, but our first time at 4G and oh my goodness the level of thought put in to the design of this unit was next level. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in at the beach in years. My children loved the bunk beds and the kitchen set up with washer and dryer was so nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a perfect condo for a small family. Very updated and clean. The location is great. Most things are in walking distance and beach is only a few steps away. Check in was a breeze. The only issue was the Wi Fi, but was not a big deal because we were enjoying the beach and all other activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been vacationing at the Beachwood Villas since I was a little girl. Condo 4G was exquisite! We loved everything about it! Definitely will be returning to this specific condo. Communication thru Benchmark was outstanding. We only wish so many people didn’t know about 30A, as it used to be more of a hidden gem. Hard to hide good things I guess!

This is the first time staying in 4G and would definitely book it again. Very clean, Loved the decor and it had everything I needed for our stay. This unit has a washer/dryer which is a bonus! It Appreciated the extra blankets for the beds. Also they provided beach chairs to use but I had brought my own. Loved everything about this unit.

Do not stay here

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was absolutely awful! Nothing here has been maintained. We knew it was outdated based on the photos but the entire apartment was filthy and had so many issues. Poor plumbing, loose fixtures, toilet moves around when u sit on it. Every surface was stained. My kids socks were black on the bottom just from walking here for an hour. Couch has crumbs and nasty food spills. Not the mention the pests( roaches, spiders) we’ve encountered by staying here for two nights! Benchmark does nothing when you complain and their only solution was to put in a ticket for an exterminator! All we needed was some toxic fumes to finish this horrid experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The whole building looks unkept

Nice, but cleanliness is lacking

We stayed at this same property back in 2019 and were looking forward to our trip back! But… walking in the door we were hit with the strong smell of mold. There was a fruit fly issue, and multiple areas that needed better cleaning. There was literally a foot print on the bedroom wall that cleaning missed. (Along with the bed made “sloppy”, hair on towels, etc) The floor did not seem swept before mopping or something, it was gross. Thankfully the unit is stocked with a mop, cleaning solution, etc (plus brought my own) so that was helpful. When I called the management company thinking there was active leak, they did come the next morning and sprayed something on the AC unit which kind of helped with smell, and suggested ice in the garbage disposal, but that did nothing. They also offered a “do over” on cleaning but there is no safe in the unit, and we felt uncomfortable leaving our things unattended. The kitchen does have EVERYTHING needed to prepare meals for a family (this is what made us want to rebook) plus super close to the beautiful beaches and all the things you would need for the beach in the storage box on deck. (Chairs, floats, umbrella, etc.) over all, I’m not sure if we would choose this unit again, but love the location.
