Condominium located 15 minutes from the airport in the beach sector and located on the beachfront on the 11th floor with a direct view of the sea. It has 4 pools for adults, 2 pools for kids on floors 1 and 19 and Parque Acuático. The Condominium has a suitable space like Coworking and the apartment has wifi and cable. Please read the house rules on the payment of the handles made at reception ($55,000)

You will have access to the swimming pool areas for adults and children, the children's water park, the beach area where you will find kiosks, tents and chairs, large social areas, work area with wifi, play area exclusively for children on the 18th floor, and another play area for adults such as table tennis, covered parking for vehicle and bicycles.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
You will have a person who will be available to help you throughout your stay in case of any concerns. We have medical insurance, in case of any mishap that happens within the Beach Club's facilities. For the enjoyment of the social areas, a cost of one manilla per person over 9 years of age is paid, which costs 55,000. It's a single payout for the time of stay.

Maximum 2 children under 2 years old can accommodate free of charge.

We have a safety mesh on the terrace for added security for children.

The rooms have air conditioning and the living room has ceiling fans. Being on an 11th floor. It is very cool due to the sea breeze. In the TV room you will see an air conditioning but that is out of service, we like to be very transparent with our guests, counting how nice and what does not work.
