Complete Eff-Up, Left & Booked Elsewhere on Ainbnb! Demand Refund!

Still on my vacation now. File de complaint with your online chat. Let them know it was completely messed up and unsuitable. The host was freaking insane and we didn't stay walked away. And instant booked a better place for less money on ("your better known competitor, which you are forcing me not to mention under threat of not allowing my review unless i remove the specific name, which i have now done, making me EVEN MADDER AT YOU for this unacceptable behavior") across town will be complaining in more detail when I return home to Florida later in the week. When I will tear you guys a new a-hole unless I get a complete refund. And I will be posting about this online in every travel forum.I know as to how it gets resolved.
