The Space:

Zunzun villas is a spacious and modern 2-stories home with 4 independent suites and hosting up to 8 guests. From the rooftop palapa, with 360° ocean and mountain views, the sunsets are simply stunning. The house offers a peaceful and welcoming space, perfect for family vacations or friends gathering to enjoy time together.

🌺 Outdoor Spaces:



· Pool : The pool sits in a lush tropical garden filled with flowering plants, fruit trees, and colorful birds.



· Sunbeds & Lounge: Comfortable sunbeds and lounge area surround the pool, with umbrellas and a pergola providing plenty of shade. Pool and beach towels are provided.



🌅Rooftop Palapa: Lounge area with comfy couches: the perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset with an amazing 360° ocean and mountain views.



🌮 Kitchen:

The outdoor kitchen located in the Palapa roof top is ready for simple meals, with a fridge, blender, coffee maker, microwave, a small stove, and all the basics you need. A dining table seats up to 10 guests.



🅿️ Parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

ZunZún Villas is located in a peaceful yet convenient part of town. La Punta Beach is just a 10-minute walk from the house , with plenty of shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and nightlife.



Getting Around:

La Punta Beach, with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife, is just a 10-minute walk from the house. You will also find in our guidebook, a list of taxi and vans services. If you’d like to rent a scooter or car, just let us know, we’re happy to help arrange it. Just note that the surrounding streets are dirt roads, like most in Puerto Escondido.



Other Things to Note:

WILDLIFE: Puerto Escondido is a tropical region with diverse wildlife. ZUNZÚN Villas is surrounded by a garden, and despite our best efforts, insects or other small creatures may enter, especially if doors are left open. By booking, you acknowledge the possibility of encountering lizards, insects and birds. Repellents and insecticides are provided, and we are available for assistance if needed.



POWER OUTAGES: Puerto is a small, developing town. This means that temporary power outages may occasionally occur. The house uses a hydropneumatics system, so when the electricity goes out, there is no water. If it happens, please be patient: service usually comes back within 10 to 15 minutes. If not, let your host know so we can follow up. Please note that we do not have an electric generator.
