Whether you want to explore the trails of the Riviera or relax on the beach, here you’ll find the perfect starting point for your dream vacation.

🌿 This charming open-space welcomes you with a relaxing and authentic atmosphere, surrounded by nature.
Inside you’ll find a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a functional bathroom, and air conditioning — perfect to cool off on hot summer days.

🌳 Outside, a beautiful private patio awaits you, perfect for having breakfast outdoors, reading a book surrounded by greenery, or listening to the relaxing sound of a small stream flowing nearby.

🚗 Private parking included, just a few steps from the house. The path from the parking area to the house is via a medium-length stone staircase.

📍 The house is located in a quiet and secluded area: to reach supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, or bars, you’ll need to use a car — but the absolute peace and contact with nature make up for any distance.

📶 This house, immersed in nature 🌿, does not have Wi-Fi. But don’t worry! It’s the perfect chance to unplug, slow down, and enjoy a moment of true relaxation ☀️📖. Sometimes, the best connection is with nature! 🍃💚

🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in total freedom, without constraints.

🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 15:00.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, bed linen included.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Extra cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a penalty of €30 will be applied.

🚭 Important note: smoking is not allowed inside the house. Thank you for your understanding!

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
