Welcome to this cosy flat with terrace, where 6 guests find a holiday place close to the beach of Can Picafort.



In 5 minutes walking distance you reach the fine sandy beach and the promenade with many restaurants, bars and shops. If you like the sea, you can rent a boat in the harbour and explore the coves in the northern area, such as Betlem, Son Serra de Marina or Sa Canova. The beach of Can Picafort has fine sand and offers sun loungers and parasols. By bus you can go to the old town of Alcúdia or Pollença and if you rent a bicycle, you can visit the natural park of S'Albufera.



On the terrace of the flat there is space for great evenings with family and friends or sunbathing. Inside, the living-dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning, Wifi and sofa invites you to spend relaxing evenings. If you like to cook, there is a modern kitchen with hob, eating area, crockery and much more to prepare your favourite dishes. Two bedrooms come with two single beds and air conditioning while the third bedroom has a bunk bed and no air conditioning. A bathroom with bathtub, a washing machine, iron/ironing board and a cot/ironing board complete the equipment.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
