Villa Vernissa

The house is located between Santa Margalida (northern Mallorca) and Can Picafort. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy the calm - thanks to its rural location, only 6 km from the sea. Vernissa is a Majorcan style house with a swimming pool and a private garden surrounded by trees and shrubs that provide a pleasant shade.



Distribution

The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with satellite TV, a dining room with a beautiful wooden table for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with a double bed, and a bathroom. A kitchen, a wood stove and a barbecue. Here you can dine al fresco.

Around the pool you will find loungers, an umbrella, chairs and a table.

Lovely secluded location

Overall the house was great, the air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms. The location meant the kids could be as noisy as they liked without upsetting anyone. The only areas it didn't really exell was around some of the fixtures and crockery (only one bedside light in the double room, only one large glass for beer or GnT, coffee maker quite old).

So quiet and peaceful

The whole process was amazing, checking in was smooth, the property is adequately well equipped and the pool was perfect. The location is very remote which is exactly what we were looking for, but close enough to beaches and Alcudia.

Gorgeous getaway

Beautiful villa in a very private location. Excellent facilities and just a short drive to everything you need. Very relaxing place to get away from the normal resort bustle. Highly recommended.

Perfect family holiday home

We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked with goodies when we arrived. Can’t fault the cleanliness of the villa. Lots of nice little touches like floaties for the pool, a swing which our 3 year old loved, and a range of ride on toys for the garden. The villa is in a good position, nice and peaceful but only 7 minutes to the nearest supermarket. We had daily visits from the local herd of sheep which the children loved! Joan was helpful and friendly but not at all intrusive, just a text away if we needed any help. The only reason for not giving the villa 5 out of 5 was because the tv channels were all German, nothing at all in English, and the shower wasn’t very good! Apart from that we had a great stay.

Beautiful traditional style villa, lovely pool, quiet and tranquil location with great views

We had a great family holiday at this villa, July 2018. Juan, who organised our booking and greeted us on arrival was super helpful throughout, and set our holiday off in fine spirits! The villa was very spacious and the outdoor space fantastic, the kids in particular loved swinging on the hammock in the shade when the midday sun was hottest. Table tennis, trampoline, kids ride on tractors and pool (that was cleaned daily) were amazing at keeping children, and adults alike, occupied, so we had quite a few days not even venturing out and just enjoying the tranquility. On the days we did venture out, C’an Picafort was just a short drive away and had a great beach (although a little rocky in places) shops and restaurants. Not much further along the coast line, were stretches of sandy toddler friendly beaches, although be prepared to take shelter as this was very difficult to find! Alcudia was not too far either approx 30 min drive, and had a great splash park. Most evenings we chose to dine at the villa, with its very useful party kitchen, bbq and shaded outdoor seating. We had a super relaxing time and would definitely recommend!

Fantastisch huis op een prachtige plek

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is heel ruim, schoon, veel ruimte om het huis heen. De locatie is ook erg mooi, prachtig uitzicht en 10 minuten rijden van zee.

Gelungener Urlaub

Die Villa Vernissa ist sehr gut für einen Urlaub auf Mallorca geeignet. Uns haben insbesondere der Pool und die ruhige Lage der Finca gefallen.

Schöne Finca mit Mängeln

Die Finca ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen mit einem tollen Pool. Es gibt genügend Liegen. Die Betten sind gut. Küchenutensilien wie Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel fehlen. Backofen kaputt. Internet geht 5 von 14 Tagen nicht (wurde auf Netzanbieter verwiesen). Das gröbste Problem ist das untere WC, welches in einer speziellen Holzkonstruktion eingebaut ist. Man sitzt auch einer Holzplatte. Man bemerkte sofort ungute Gerüche. Bei genauerer Betrachtung haben wir das Holz angehoben und wir haben den Grund für den beissenden Uringeruch entdeckt-hier wird/wurde nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht. Diese Holzkonstruktion gehört beseitigt. Wir sind meist auf das obere WC gegangen was mit Kind aber oft mühsam ist. Lage: perfekt 7 minuten zur Playa Muro, 3 Minuten nach Santa Margalida, 15 Min nach Son Serra, 35 Min nach Palma. Aufgrund des unteren WCs kommt für uns kein erneuter Aufenthalt in Frage.

sehr ruhig

Schön, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Sogar das Frühstück für den ersten war bereitgestellt. Besonders hervorzuhaben ist, dass bei jedem kleinen Problemchen sofort der Service kommt. Hatten Funktionsschwierigkeiten vom elektr. Tor und WLAN. Einzig die Türen gehören mal frisch einstellt, hier klemmt die ein oder andere.

Schöne Finca für Familien

Wir (zwei Erwachse und zwei Kinder) waren für zwei Wochen Mitte September in diesem schönen Anwesen. Die Anreise war dank genauem Standort via WhatsApp und hinterlegtem Schlüssel perfekt. Auch die Zahlung per Kreditkarte am Objekt war kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen inkl. ausführlicher Einweisung in das Haus. Das Grundstück bietet alles, was zu einem gelungen Familienurlaub dazu gehört: - Ein sehr schöner und sauberer Pool mit leichtem Salzwasser (hautverträglicher für die Kinder) - Zahlreiche Sonnenliegen - Schaukel, Hängematte, Trampolin und Tischtennisplatte - Feigenbäume, Olivenbäume, Zitronenbäume und Weintrauben - Ein wunderschöner schattenspendender Baum auf der Terrasse -Gute Küchenausstattung inkl. Holzbackofen und Grill - Klimatisierte Schlafräume Außerdem erfreuten sich unserer Kinder besonders an der Katze aus der Nachbarschaft, die uns immer wieder besuchen kam. Dem Stern Abzug gibt es für den leichten Fluglärm, der je nach Windrichtung variiert. Aus unserer Sicht ist das Objekt für sehr lärmempfindliche Gemüter nicht zu empfehlen. Ansonsten war der Urlaub wirklich perfekt und wir werden sicher zu Wiederholungstätern!

Absolute Entspannung in stiller Umgebung

Diese Finca ist toll und einsam gelegen, kein Nachbar im Umkreis von 500m, nur ab und zu Schafe. Sehr schöner und sauberer Pool mit viel Platz zum liegen, herrlich! Die Schlafzimmer alle ausreichend groß und klimatisiert, saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die einmal in 14d gewechselt wurden. Die Einrichtung und Bäder sind schon recht alt, die Dusche zwar sauber, Bad aber klein für 5 Personen. Die Sauberkeit im Haus, na ja, man darf da jetzt nicht in die Ecken schauen, aber es hat uns eigentlich nicht gestört, aufgehalten haben wir uns ja meist draußen. Die riesengroße Terrasse mit dem grünen Blätterdach eines 40 Jahre alten Maulbeerbaumes ist einfach traumhaft schön, dort kann man wunderbar verweilen und entspannen, vor allem in der Hängematte. Wir haben oft Tischtennis gespielt, gute Schläger sollte man sich selbst gute mitbringen. In der Küche ausreichend viel Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe ect., absolut ausreichend. Fazit: Ein ganz toller entspannender Urlaub! Wer das urtümliche Mallorca mag abseits von Bettenburgen und Massentourismus sucht, der ist hier mit einem Mietwagen bestens aufgehoben! Man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten an schönen Stränden, in 1 km Entfernung gibt es ein tolles mallorquinisches Restaurant gehobener Klasse. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Finca für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Finca liegt in einer schönen Umgebung . Man ist schnell auf Hauptstraßen um die Umgebung und die Insel zu erkunden. Die Bäder sind nicht auf dem neuesten Stand aber trotzdem sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super geeignet für Familien, die kein Tourismus um sich herum sehen oder hören wollen. Prima Anlage, mit allem, was man so braucht. Gerade für Kinder ein toller Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haben den Aufenthalt richtig genießen können. Der Maulbeerbaum als Schattenspender war wirklich einmalig. Die Finca selber gepflegt und sauber, die 1x wöchentliche Reinigung incl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher war sehr sehr angenehm. 2 Liegen kaputt, gemeldet und 2 Tage später waren schon Neue da. Einfach ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Umgebung

Sehr schönes Haus in mallorcinischem Stil

Wir waren zu fünft für zehn Tage in dieser Finca und wir waren alle begeistert! Juan machte es möglich, dass wir schon am Vormittag in unser Domizil einziehen durften, zeigte uns die wichtigsten Dinge und hatte uns zum Empfang sogar bereits den Kühlschrank gefüllt. Die kleinen Croissants wurden zum Hit des Urlaubs. Wir haben jeden Morgen ein paar im Ofen frisch aufgebacken. Auch ansonsten war die Küche soweit eingerichtet, dass wir einfache Gerichte gut kochen konnten. Das Wetter war angenehm und nicht zu heiß, sodass wir viele schöne Wanderungen machen konnten. Durch die gute Lage der Finca dauerte die Anfahrt zum Ausgangspunkt der Wanderungen meist weniger als eine Stunde ( auch ins Tramuntana-Gebirge). Die große Terrasse hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten: Sonne, Schatten, Wind und Windschatten. Die Hängematte unter dem Maulbeerbaum (?) war genial. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde reichlich genutzt. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl und gut betreut gefühlt und können daher das Haus Vernissa nur weiterempfehlen.
