Mulholland Villa - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

With a private pool and a beautiful garden, this fantastic villa is located very close to the coast of Can Picafort and welcomes 8 guests.

The property's wonderful garden is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There you will find a chlorine swimming pool of 8mx5m with a depth varying between 0.8m and 2.10m and a children's area of 3mx3m. Outside the villa, you will also find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue, and a porch with several tables where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. In it, you will find a living room equipped with AC and TV sets and a dining area with a large table where you can enjoy your favorite dishes. The kitchen, which has access to the dining room, is induction and has AC and everything you need to cook in total comfort. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board in the house. A bathroom with a shower serves this floor. When it is time to sleep, there are 4 bedrooms, all of them with double beds and AC. On the ground floor, there are 3 of them, one of which has access to the garden and an en suite bathroom with shower. The last bedroom is located on the top floor and has access to a large terrace and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

The accommodation is located in a fantastic area of the island where in addition to the sun and the sea you can enjoy a great summer and family atmosphere. The area offers all the necessary services for your holidays and you will also find a wide gastronomic offer. The nearest beach is that of Son Bauló, and also nearby is the beach of Can Picafort, both with turquoise waters and fine sand. There are many nearby places worth visiting such as s'Albufera, Alcúdia, or Pollença.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- The fireplace is decorative (cannot be used).
- We cannot accept guests under 25 years old unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay
