With two spacious floors, this property offers a refuge full of amenities. From its wide dining room for 8 people, its perfectly equipped kitchen and living room on the first floor to its 4 bright bedrooms, each corner is designed for your comfort and relaxation.



Two rooms are located on the ground floor and the others on the 1st floor. Both ground floor rooms have double beds, the ones on the 1st floor have one double bed and the remaining one has two single beds. The house has 3 en-suite bathrooms and a toilet, air conditioning in three of the rooms and a fan in the other.

For the little ones, the property has a children's area equipped with a ping pong table, a swing and swings, perfect for children to enjoy outdoors.

Fantastic Finca

If you’re looking for a villa off the beaten track, quiet, peaceful and relaxing but still relatively close to restaurants, super markets etc.. this is the place. The hosts were very hospitable and friendly, the villa had everything and more. We will definitely return sometime soon.

Excellent family villa close to the sea

This villa is perfect for a family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the pool is wonderful, large bedrooms and lots of space inside the villa. The table tennis table and extra toys provided were very much appreciated by the older children. The location of the villa is perfect and only 10 minutes to the beach. I would highly recommend this villa.

Countryside Villa

We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of July. The villa was slightly further away from everything than we anticipated so a car is vital. The villa was perfect for our family and very well equipped. The owners were very helpful and kind, providing us with beers, cokes and watermelon on our arrival. They also gave us eggs from the chickens that live on sight on 2 occasions. Our granddaughter had fun feeding food scraps to the chickens every day. It was very peaceful and the pool was lovely - we had great fun with inflatables bought in the local town. The only negative was that one of the ground floor bedrooms didn’t have proper air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, which was not sufficient in the night time temperatures whilst we stayed. We had a very relaxing 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing!!

We visited this villa as a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. The location was breathtaking , the pool was outstanding. We met Cathy and Gabrielle at the property. They were so welcoming even though we were very late and they showed us where everything was . We spent the next 7 days in enjoying this beautiful villa with loads of space, comfortable beds and of course the pool to cool ourselves off in the blistering heat. One of our favourite things was the outside shower, we want one at home now . Thank you Cathy and Gabrielle, we will certainly come again. Xx

Superb peaceful villa surrounded by countryside but close to amenities

Our family of 4 with 2 children aged 10 & 8 had a wonderful 2 weeks in the Vernissa villa. We met the owner at the agency office and were able to follow her to the property which helped to locate it (I think we may have had a little trouble finding it otherwise). The accommodation was clean, beautifully finished and very homely. The hosts were fantastic. We had a small problem with the wifi on the first night and they immediately fixed it. The villa is situated through some quiet lanes just off the main road into C'an Picafort making it easy to drive to the supermarkets and the host of restaurants on the beach front. The most lovely thing about the villa is that it is surrounded by nature and animals. There are chickens to feed, bats to watch at night, pigs and sheep in the surrounding fields so you certainly feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle. The owners even gave us some of the eggs, lemons and prickly pears to enjoy from their gardens. It is a very peaceful and relaxing around the pool, and the table tennis table kept the children busy, as did the daily search for ghekkos! :) The hosts were also very kind to give the children a scooter and a bike to play on which were perfect playing up and down the long driveway. Its a very safe area, and we weren't constantly worrying about security as we perhaps only saw a handful of cars pass the whole time. Would highly recommend this property, am sure we'll be back.

Traumhafte Finca in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Finca verbracht. Dank des großen Pools waren auch Temperaturen um die 40° auch tagsüber gut auszuhalten und nachts halfen in 3 von 4 Schlafzimmern die Klimaanlagen dabei. Man merkt, dass das Haus früher selbst von den Eigentümern bewohnt wurde, da die Zimmeraufteilung sinnvoll ist und die Ausstattung reichhaltig. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommen, gaben tolle Tip und hin und wieder sind auch ein paar Feigen oder Eier für uns abgefallen. Vielen leiben Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder!

une belle adresse

Une jolie maison spacieuse, au calme, bien équipée et entretenue, très propre, à proximité immédiate des plus beaux lieux à visiter. Le voisinage est à bonne distance, on est seul sans être isolé. Maison très agréable, très bien située

Nous étions deux familles avec des enfants entre 9 et 4 ans. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable, très propre. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et sympathiques, très réactifs si on a des questions. 3 chambres sur 4 sont climatisées, la dernière a un ventilateur au plafond. La piscine est grande et belle, bien entretenue (pas du tout sécurisée pour les jeunes enfants). Le cadre est très beau, un paysage un peu aride (en plein été), avec des arbres et des plantes tout autour. Vue sur la mer depuis le premier étage. Belle plage del muro a 10 minutes en voiture, très bien pour les enfants (sable, peu profonde). En résumé, on recommande sans réserve :)

Schöner Aufenthalt auf der Finca Vernissa

Wir haben den Urlaub auf der Finca sehr genossen. Die Finca ist sehr schön und für 8 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Der Pool ist super. Vorne konnte man noch stehen und ab der Mitte wurde es tiefer zum Tauchen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und wir hätten sie jederzeit ansprechen können. Die Finca liegt nicht weit entfernt vom Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sind aber nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein Zimmer war nicht mit Klimaanlage, sondern mit einem Propeller ausgestattet. Das ging aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor. War zum Glück für ein Pärchen kein Problem. Wir würden diese Finca jederzeit empfehlen.

wunderbarer Familienurlaub in den Herbstferien

Wir haben zu acht (4 Kinder, 4 Erwachsene) eine sehr schöne Woche in der Finca verbracht, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Draußen ist neben dem Pool auch noch einiges an Spielzeug für die Kinder vorhanden (Tischtennis, Bälle, Roller, Wippe, ...).

Die Finca ist sehr schön, in der Nähe des Strandes. Helle Räume, tolle Ausstattung.

Die Finca ist toll, die Räume sind wie im Internet dargestellt. Die Lage ist super, da ganz in der Nähe die Strände von Can Picafort oder Platja de Muro sind. Vom oberen Balkon hat man eine tolle Sicht aufs Meer. Die Abwicklung von der Anmietung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und haben uns alles Notwendige gezeigt, haben uns Einkaufstipps oder Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Die Matratzen der Betten sind super, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Ein klitzekleiner Minuspunkt war die Kaffeemaschine, die brauchte sehr lange. Nach zweimaligem Entkalken ging es ein bisschen schneller. Vielleicht sollte sie mal erneuert werden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach traumhaft

Wir haben im Jahr 2017 eine Woche dort zu sechst mit 2 Kindern verbracht- bisher unsere beste Finca auf Mallorca! Sauber, gepflegt und alles toll eingerichtet. Wir wurden liebevoll um Mitternacht empfangen mit 🍉 Obst und Milch 🥛 und Wein 🍷 und frischen Eiern. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Mooi huis met ruime kamers met airco. Gezellig overdekt terras aan het zwembad. Zeer rustige ligging maar toch maar op maxmum 5 km van winkels e.d.

Vernissa ist top!

Das Haus Vernissa ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit guter Zimmeraufteilung auf einem sehr grossen Grundstück mit Bauernhof-Atmosphäre durch die Nachbargrundstück mit Tieren. Die reine Gartenfläche ist zwar gering, das Grundstück ist jedoch total weitläufig und kann in Hof, Sport- und Spielecke und Pool- und Entspannungsbereich aufgeteilt werden. Keiner trampelt dem anderen auf den Füssen herum. Für die Kids haben das Besitzerpaar Gabriel und Kati alles vor Ort, Tischtennisplatte, Wippe und Schaukel machen alles perfekt. Innen ist das Haus sehr sauber, alles ist reichlich vorhanden (auch Handtücher), die Küche mit Induktionsherd funktioniert prima. Der Pool ist wunderschön, kann im Frühjahr oder Herbst jedoch kälteres Wasser haben als die naheliegenden Badebuchten. Eroski oder Mercadona sind in 10min erreichbar, Auto ist ein Muss. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die gesamte Nordhälfte der Insel, top zum Joggen oder zum Radfahren. Wer empfindlich ist für Flugzeuge sollte besser in der Nebensaison fahren. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und helfen ganz unaufdringlich wo es nur geht. Klare Empfehlung!

Eine Reise wert!

- Großes Haus und ausreichend Geschirr für bis zu 8 Personen vorhanden - Äußerst gepflegt und das Haus war wirklich sauber bei Ankunft - Netter Empfang der Besitzer und bereits kleinere Snacks im Haus vorbereitet, weil wir sehr spät angekommen sind und alle Supermärkte bereits geschlossen hatten - Bequeme Betten und ausreichend Schrankraum in allen Zimmern vorhanden - Gute sanitäre Anlagen, gute Temperatur des Wassers - Schöne Warmwasser-Dusche im Freien am Pool - Pool wird alle paar Tage von den Besitzern gereinigt und ist stellenweise über 2 Meter tief und ungewöhnlich groß - Einzig ein weiteres Bad wäre bei voller Besetzung des Hauses sicherlich besser (das eine Bad ist nur über eines der Schlafzimmer zu betreten) - Sehr ruhige Umgebung - man ist komplett ungestört und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. - Gute Möglichkeiten um Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen FAZIT: Alles in Allem würden wir das Haus wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ein Auto ist unserer Meinung nach absolut empfehlenswert.
