This estate has it all: a garden surrounded by orange trees and spectacular views from the terrace. Comfortable and modern relaxation areas are distributed across the outdoor terraces, all offering the best views of the 12 x 6 meter infinity saltwater pool. There's also an outdoor shower, an outdoor bathroom, and a heated jacuzzi next to the pool terrace. Nearby, you'll find table tennis, football goals, a play area, and two barbecues—one directly on the kitchen terrace and the second near the pool. There's also a magnificent terrace on the first floor, offering fantastic views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. Three music systems with USB connections—one by the pool and another on the terrace next to the kitchen—provide the perfect soundtrack for your personal moments of outdoor enjoyment.

A 500 m² space of pure luxury awaits you. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The inviting living room leads directly into the lounge, furnished with a sofa, a TV with DVD and CD player, internet access, and a PSP 4. In the same room, there's a large dining table with ample seating for all your guests. The kitchen, four double bedrooms in a white style, and three bathrooms with showers (two of them en suite) are distributed across all floors. The gym offers ample space and the appropriate sports equipment for their fitness level.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

All travelers must be at least 25 years old during the travel period (this does not apply to families; families with children are welcome).

- Payment of the eco-tax upon arrival (€2.20 per person), not included in the price. Price.

- A daily electricity charge of €35 is payable upon arrival.

- Arrivals are from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, there is a surcharge of €65 until 11:00 PM, and after 11:00 PM, the surcharge is €100. Both charges are payable upon arrival.

A minimum stay of 5 nights is required; cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not included. A mandatory service fee of €600 must be paid upon check-in. (The same condition applies during July and August, with a minimum stay of 7 nights.)
The same condition and fee apply during the Christmas/New Year, Easter, and Corpus Christi holidays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights.

- Minimum stay of 7 days in July and August, with Saturday arrivals preferred.

- A security deposit of €1500 is payable by bank transfer 7 days prior to arrival and will be refunded within 24 hours, after the property has been inspected and found to be clean and undamaged.

- Occupancy: Up to 8 people Including children.

- Parties and events are not permitted at this villa. Failure to comply with this condition will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property.

- Up to two baby sets, consisting of a crib and a highchair, can be requested at this property. (€25/day per crib and highchair set)

- Pets: Please inquire. €35 per day per pet if authorized.
