This attractive house is located in the popular holiday resort of Can Picafort and is just a few minutes' walk from the wonderful beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and many shopping possibilities are also nearby.
The holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and two others with 2 single beds each), which are all on the upper floor and two bathrooms with WC and shower, one of them on the ground floor and the second on the upper floor. The holiday home has capacity for 5 people.
The open living-dining room with comfortable sofas and fan invites you to stay. Television and WiFi must not be missing during your well-deserved holidays.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine.
You will be able to spend relaxing evenings on the porch and terrace, where comfortable seats and loungers are prepared for you. On the barbecue, you can pamper your family and friends with a Mediterranean dinner.

Jederzeit wieder
Schönes, gepflegtes Haus, alles, was man brauchen könnte ist vorhanden. Reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, sowohl in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten. Für uns herausragend war die Lage. Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichtbar. Für Ruhesuchende eventuell nicht geeignet, das Haus liegt an der Straße von Alcudia nach Arta, aber uns hat es nicht gestört.
