Villa Calma is an elegant detached-villa with a private pool and a beautiful garden with lawn, located in the peaceful urbanisation of Son Serra Nova, in the north of Mallorca, right in the bay of Alcúdia. This area, still preserved from mass tourism, offers the perfect tranquillity for an unforgettable holiday.
The villa, with its classic-modern Mediterranean style, is spread over two floors with a functional design and easy access. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy entrance hall, a spacious living-dining room with direct access to an outdoor terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay.
It has four double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) for your comfort. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, one has two single beds. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers, one of which is on the upper floor.
The exterior is a true oasis of relaxation: a furnished porch for al fresco dining, a private saltwater pool (4x8m) with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.80m, and a spacious 14x4.5m terrace, perfect for sunbathing. The well-kept, accessible garden is ideal for families seeking comfort and space.

sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung
zum Frühstück auf die Sonnenterrasse, Garten, Terrasse und Balkone laden zum Bücherlesen und chillen ein, alles in einer ruhige Lage, top Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder.
