This lovely sea / beach front house is located in Son Serra de Marina next to Can Picafort, a famous sandy beach. 
Perfect family house for up to 6 people. From the terrace and lounge-dining area you will enjoy the beautiful sea views.
There is an open plan living/dining area with access to the panoramic sea view terrace, a separate well-equipped kitchen with pantry and laundry room The interior is spacious and bright. Enjoy the stunning sea views from the terrace where you can have drinks or dine, there is also a large dining table in the garden as well as sun loungers and a barbecue, here you can relax and listen to the sound of the sea. Feel the breeze of the sea throughout the house all day and night.
There are three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two large single beds. There are two full bathrooms with bath and shower.

Tolles Haus mit einer perfekten Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist riesig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter im Oktober und konnten jeden Morgen und Abend auf dem Balkon essen und die Aussicht genießen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieses traumhafte Haus in der ruhigen Gegend zurückkehren.

Traumhafte Lage

Sehr geräumige Wohnung im OG eines Hauses, das ansonsten nicht bewohnt ist. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Keine blutleere Ferienwohnung, sondern ein Haus, das bewohnt wird, was sich sehr positiv auswirkt, was z.B. die tolle Ausstattung der Küche betrifft. Einzig die mangelnde Heizmöglichkeit könnte in kühleren Monaten schwierig werden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, bei dem alles gut geklappt hat.
