I am dedicated, honest, trustworthy and a very hard working individual who thrives with pressures and challenges that life throws at you. I currently live in the UK and work for one of the biggest edible oil refinery in the country. The purpose of this adventure is to offer a welcome and comfortable stay where my guests can explore Madeira which is also known as "the pearl of the Atlantic". If culture, scenery, food and well being is what you are looking for, this is 100% the right place to visit.

Questionei o anfitrião sobre alternativas, mas não obtive resposta satisfatória.•O isolamento acústico é reduzido: ouviam-se carros da estrada principal e o barulho do restaurante no rés-do-chão, que arrastava mesas por volta das 23h.Conclusão:O apartamento é recente e limpo, mas a experiência ficou aquém das expectativas devido ao desconforto do sofá-cama, aos custos adicionais não informados e ao ruído. Provavelmente não repetiria a reserva.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ana ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin, welche uns auf alle unsere Fragen schnell und ausführlich geantwortet hat. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals an sie. Die Ferienwohnung sieht aus, wie auf den Fotos, sie war sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut, in ca. 3 Minuten ist man auf der großen Inselrundstraße und in ca. 15 Minuten in Funchal. Im gleichen Gebäude befindet sich ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt und eine leckere Bäckerei. Im Umkreis von 10 Minuten fußläufig gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants. Eine Tiefgarage (Achtung, steile Einfahrt, man kann leicht mit dem Fahrzeug aufsetzen) vervollständigt die Ausstattung. Anzumerken wäre, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, bei heißem Wetter wird es ziemlich warm in der Wohnung und dass es vorteilhaft ist, sich Ohrenstöpsel für die Nacht mitzunehmen, da unmittelbar vor dem Haus auf der Straße eine Bremsschwelle liegt. Diese besitzt auf ihrer Kuppe einen Gullydeckel, welcher beim Befahren durch jedes Fahrzeug klappert. Nachts hört man dieses Klappern natürlich stärker, als am Tage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Anas Wohnung genossen und würden jederzeit erneut ihre Wohnung buchen.
