Apartment with large terrace overlooking the sea. With one double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds. A living-dining room, with sofa-bed well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. It has WIFI.

It´s situated in San Andres, a small village. five minute walk to the lovely beach Las Teresitas, S / C de Tenerife.

Attention to guests: We always wait for the clients to hand over the keys.

How to get a round: There are two bus lines- nº910, that connect the village (the stop is next to the apartment) with the capital, S / C de Tenerife. They go quite frequently and in about 15 minutes you are in the capital. If traveling by plane, either airport has buses that take you to the S / C station, and there, you can take the bus to San Andrés.

L'océan est visible depuis la terrasse.Logement un peu bruyant car passage de véhicules en journée mais confortable, propre et bien équipé.Petit village typique avec peu de touristes.Pas de dénivelé sur la plage pour la baignade qui est adaptée pour les enfants.

Perfektes Apartment in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Morgendliches Schwimmen im Meeresbecken 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Apartment. Ein wunderschöner Sandstrand auch ganz nah. Der kleine Ort hat noch ursprünglichen Charme und ist nicht überlaufen. Das Apartment war perfekt; es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Empfang von der Vermieterin sehr herzlich; der Kühlschrank gefüllt. Besser geht es nicht!

Herrliche Zeit in San Andres

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Margot sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und hat schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen. Zur Begrüßung hatte Margot Snacks und gekühlte Getränke vorbereitet, das war sehr nett! Auch die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und prompt. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft und würden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Super fijne plek!

Wat een heerlijke plek om je vakantie op het fijne eiland door te brengen! Het appartement ligt op een korte loopafstand van het mooie Teresitas strand wat erg fijn is aangezien er meestal weinig parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar zijn in het hoogseizoen. Er komen veel "dagjesmensen" naar het prachtige strand. Meteen bij binnenkomst voelde het als een 2e thuis. Het rook heerlijk en was brandschoon! Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Margot had zelfs wat lekkere drankjes, chips ed voor ons klaar staan. Erg attent! Ook heel fijn dat je zelf geen strandlakens en handdoeken mee hoeft te nemen. Scheelt toch een hoop bagage😉 De communicatie met Margot is super. Ze reageert snel en is heel behulpzaam. Tegenover het appartement liggen 2 heel fijne restaurants met Top bediening! Ontzettend aardige mensen. In het hele dorp trouwens. Kortom wat ons betreft echt een aanrader!

Ottimo alloggio in San Andrés

Wer nicht auf typische touristische Ort steht, ist hier richtig! Hier gibt es keine Hotels, sondern nur "Tagestouristen". Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, an der Wohnung gab es auch nichts auszusetzen. Margot ist stehts hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank!

+ groß, gut und modern ausgestettet, ein kleiner Balkon und eine große Terrasse, gute Lage (zum Strand etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss), gute Anbindung ( 2 Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, falls man doch in die Stadt mag), zahlreiche Restaurants, ein Supermarkt, Bioladen und Friseur in der Nähe, nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin, - Straßenlärm (auch nachts)

Everything was feine! Alles werden perfekt! Все було просто чудово!

We were here from 2 until 18 August 2017. The apartment is/was more nice then on the photos and have everything what we need inside. Town San Andres is very nice and interesting. This is a real typical town of the Tenerife – not a city of hotels and boutiques. Max. 10 minutes of walking and you can reach the best beach of island – Playa de las Teresistas. Temperature of the water was like in Croatia, Split region in this period (August). If you will come without car this is not a problem – in 2 walking minutes is a bus stop. You can reach (app. in 15 - 20 minutes) Santa Cruz and then to go to other parts of the island. Margot and she's husband are a very friendly and helpful for guests - for us, for example :). Only one “minus” – the street behind of the house. Sometimes at the early in the morning (from 5:30) it was very noisy and was a smell from the cars, trucks and buses. That's why wee need to close all doors and windows at the morning. But it was only one minus. Resume. If you want to have a nice holidays, then you can, not can - you MUST take this apartment. :) And at last specially for Margot. Muchas gracias! Many thanks! Vielen Dank! Щиро дякуємо! Yevgen

Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Begrüßung sehr freundlich und die Betreuung war stets zuvorkommend. Im Haus ist es ruhig. Von der Straße kommend ist die Lautstärke für spanische Verhältnisse normal. Einkaufen, Restaurants, Bars und vor allem der Strand sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus) ist Santa Cruz in ca. 15 min. erreicht. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Just perfect

We had a very good stay in a nice and warm furnished appartment. Whole appartment is very well equipped. Location is perfect with close distance to beautiful beach and many good restaurants around. Bus stop with direction to SantaCruz just in front of appartment, if you do not rent a car. Super market very close too. Just disadvantage are the trees in front of terrasse, which block mainly the view to the sea and pigeons in the trees create a lot of dirt. Nevertheless recommandable appartment. Margot was always also very helpful and good support for the guests.

Schœne zentral gelegene wohnung neben bus und strand

Danke für Ihre hilfreichen Tipps. Ja, die Angaben waren alle korrekt. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber, gepflegt, sogar eine flasche Wein hatte uns erwartet. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr hilfreiche Informationen gegeben, insbesondere angenehme restaurants sowie Bus-Möglichkeiten (haben wir sehr geschätzt) Für Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind eben die Busangebote (sogar direkt vor der Haustür) sehr empfehlenswert; die Fischrestaurants ebenfalls, und natürlich der Strand von La Teresita vor allem, ganz super, auch zum schwimmen ideal, und wirklich nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Bevörlkerung von San Andres ist sehr freundlich. Es herrscht noch eine echt ursprüngliche Stimmung. Lediglich der Lärm hat uns etwas gestört, von den beiden Strassen, der Busstation, sowie den anderen Bewohnern, aber das war eigentlich zu erwarten. Elke

Top Ausgangspunkt für das Anaga-Gebirge

Wir (2 Personen) waren im März 2016 zum Wandern auf Teneriffa und verbrachten 9 Nächte in der FeWo. San Andres ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Norden der Insel (ins Ana-Gebirge ca. 30 PKW-Minuten, Orotava 60 Fahrminuten). Parken vor der Tür ohne Probleme. Der Strand von Las Terresitas ist fußläufig (10min) erreichbar. Zentrale Lage in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Die geräumige und gepflegte FeWo (wie im Internet beschrieben) verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche für Selbstversorgung. Einkauf in den Hypermärkten in Santa Cruz. Im Ort selber nur ein kleiner Supermarkt, jedoch zahlreiche Restaurants (u.a. Bistro La Negrita im Nachbarhaus) Insgesamt eine weiter zu empfehlende FeWo in San Andrés.
