The ground floor of the flat has a bathroom and a toilet and a beautiful and bright kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, open to the living room, which has a practical island in the centre where you can have breakfast. The living room has two comfortable sofas and Smart TV where you will also have access to the covered patio of the house with outdoor furniture and dining table, ideal for lunch, relax and enjoy with the family. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one of them with queen size bed and dressing room and the other with access to a cozy balcony, which invites you to disconnect.
