Anaga Rural Park represents one of the most valuable jewels of the natural and cultural heritage of Tenerife and the entire Canary Islands. From its laurel forests, through its steep ravines, to the warmth of its hamlets, we find a space that, due to its tangible and intangible beauty, is worth not only being preserved but especially visited and known in its most intimate essence. In a few places in this Atlantic Archipelago we can go through some hamlets that preserve the magic and mystery of yesteryear although adapted to the new times.

As a result of a commitment with the neighbors that populate this protected natural area, the Island Council of Tenerife has been working for a different development model, sustainable and respectful of nature, culture and landscape modeled throughout history. In that sense, Anaga's men and women are not only mere spectators of the actions developed, on the contrary, they are protagonists and engines of all kinds of initiatives, from business to environmental.
