Small but very cosy room. Nice seaview from the small balcony on 4th floor. Great breakfast with some local products. Lobby area is very comfy for an evening drink as well as the 6th floor roof terrace. Staff was very friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Many thanks to the housekeeping team which did an excellent job.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich perfekt, mitten im Stadtzentrum. Wenn man wie die meisten Touristen ein Mietauto hat, kann man dieses in der Tiefgarage der nahegelegenen Hauptstraße für einen Wochenpreis für 30 Euro parken. Direkt am Hotel gibt es nämlich keine Parkplätze! Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das große, moderne und saubere Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und Bad. Den schönen Balkon konnten wir aufgrund fehlender Stühle und eines Tisches nicht voll nutzen, auch rauchen ist auf dem Balkon untersagt. Ein Highlight war dafür jedoch die für alle zugängliche Dachterrasse mit tollem Meer- und Strandblick. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und auch das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Für Käse, Wurst und Früchte musste man allerdings anstehen, diese wurde von der Servicekraft für einen auf einem Teller zusammengestellt. Selbstbedienung gab es nur für das Brot. Etwas Abwechslung bei der Auswahl wäre sicherlich auch nicht schlecht gewesen, es gab eben jeden Tag das selbe. Die Croissants waren dafür besonders lecker! Auch alles andere war qualitativ sehr gut. Fazit: für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt auf La Palma absolut empfehlenswert, Preis-Leistung perfekt! Wir würden wiederkommen.
