Arrived to a rental that showed NO sign of readiness for our arrival. All beds were a mess as were all the other rooms. When I called with concern and to inquire about a reimbursement, the host did not seem remorseful at all which seemed odd since the reviews were so high. Her only excuse was there was a last minute booking and the housekeepers were not notified. Not even an apology or signs of remorse. Absolutely unacceptable! Of course we had to find a hotel for overnight and book another VRBO for our remaining trip. Extremely inconvenient re: storing groceries, searching for an alternative for two families, unable to enjoy an uninterrupted stay, etc.

Excellent communication with host. Well equipped, comfortable home with good amenities. If road noise is a big issue for you, just be aware that you will hear traffic noise from the bedrooms. The neighborhood itself is quiet and the living room/kitchen space is very quiet also. It’s a good location for exploring the area, convenient to services and restaurants. The host provides very helpful information about hiking and restaurants nearby.

Very nice

We had a very nice stay. Very clean and pleasant. It had everything that we needed. It was very hot while we were there and the air conditioner worked great!It was very quiet, noise did not carry from the neighbors. It is right by a busy street but the noise from the traffic did not seem to bother us. The beds were very comfortable. We like to travel with our dog so it was nice to have such a comfortable place that allowed dogs.

This was the perfect place for a getaway!

We were blown away how clean this place was from the minute we walked in the front door. It smelled clean all the surfaces were clean, the grill and the oven were perfectly clean, and the hot tub was clean.It was in a great location in Santa Clara that had a view of the sunset. It was close to grocery stores and gas stations. Couldn’t ask for anything else.
