Great touring base for SB! Very clean, 2 master BRs, one w King bed & TV, one with Queen, each w private baths. 1350 total sq ft. Peaceful neighborhood, community pool and tennis. New kitchen, fully stocked. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas BBQ. Living area with 2 couches, streaming TV, fireplace. 10 min to beach, UCSB, SBA airport, golf, Bacara Resort, downtown SB. 25 min to wine country. Linens, towels, paper products provided. Some clothes in closets. Guest parking spots. This is my home so there are some clothes in closets but plenty of space for your stuff. I am a 5-Star Premier Host at my other property, 4Br 2BA with pool and hot tub, Santa Barbara. Please do not disturb neighbors. No parties or loud music please. 2 TVs stream Netflix, Prime, HBO Max, Hulu, no cable. Internet: verizon 6BT3R9, password: thus3-sandy-mod

Delightful retreat outside the bustle of Santa Barbara
My wife & I were looking for a quite place to detox for a weekend and this place was terrific. Rick clearly takes pride in the property as it was fully equipped with everything you'd need for a stay. The property is outside the bustle of the tourism centers yet an easy drive to wherever you'd like to go.

A definite come back
We loved this local. We were coming into SB for a mid-week wedding Rick was accommodating with letting us access the place before check in time to get ready for the afternoon wedding. The place was spacious enough for 6 adults and our small dog. We also loved how quiet it was and we enjoyed having breakfast with family.
