The location for Disneyland was perfect. Gated area also not bad. Unfortunately whoever they hire to keep the place clean failed them befor our arrival. When we first arrived we were welcomed with the Largest Coach roach I've even seen. The floors in the bathroom were so clean none of us went barefoot even to hop in the shower, the carbon monoxide alarms 2 batteries were dying & the beep drove us nuts. The outside trash has not been picked up in so long, there was no where for us to put our trash bags. The kicker for a unfortunate stay was while I was removing the sheets before leaving. The master bed, I removed the fitted sheet to find the matter cover sheet had a large blood stain! My groosed out meter topped at that point. Hopefully the cleaner is fired and then the house would be perfect. Wish I had better to say. Over all if that is correct the place would of been perfect.
Floors definitely have not been cleaned in a long time. 😕

For a three-bedroom, 2 bath plus washer and dryer with a kitchen close to Disney and the airport – you really can’t beat the price. The house could have been cleaned a bit better prior to our arrival, but we did have fresh sheets, etc. Street parking is very hard here. Parking in the garage is very tricky - yes, you have access to two small garages (that open outward), but the bigger problem is the angle in which you’d have to maneuver to get into the garages due to the brick wall and layout of home walls. Maybe a small car would work? We rented a minivan and were not able to use the garages to park in, but did park in front of the garages (see pics). There is an iron gate to access the driveway, just push it open along the track. There is no dishwasher – the listing doesn’t say there is one (I just didn’t realize). The listing mentions a fire pit, toaster and blender – we didn’t see any of those, so maybe double check if those are important to you? The bedroom with the two twin beds has no window or AC unit, but there is a box fan. It was nice to have extra toilet paper and soap / shampoo & conditioner. The price, convenience and commodities provided were a win for our family of 6 and we had a great time.

Outlets didnt work, dirty blankets, discolored sheets, ant found in the one bed, shower pipe spraying, parking near impossible unless you have a small compact car, hole in the ceiling, cobwebs. Contacted owner, told to go in garage and switch breaker box- garage door needed to be manually lifted, did not like needing to do any electrical intervention. Owner said cleaning crew would come with new sheets- never showed. I continued to reach out and the owner quit responding. Waiting on open case with VRBO for refund, we had to find a hotel last minute for our stay.

When we arrived at the property it was dirty from previous guest and had not been cleaned for us. It had unmade beds with previous guest hairs in it, wet towels on the ground, dishes in the sink. We had to go out to allow cleaners to come and clean, leaving all our luggage inside with strangers. We left for 3 hours and when we got back the cleaners had locked us out, locking the screen door where we couldn’t access the digital lock. We had to wait in the cold for 45 minutes for them to let us in. Check in was at 4pm we didn’t get into the home properly until 9 pm. After all that the cleaners didn’t clean the showers, they were dirty with hairs in it. The garage door was broken and had to be pulled up by hand.I noticed a similar review of another customer arriving to an uncleaned house and gave this place the benefit of the doubt and then it happened to us. It also mentions in another review that the garage door is broken so I was expecting that but reviews are clearly not being acknowledged.

Overall the house was nice and comfortable but we had several issues. The bathrooms have an ant problem. The garage was not fully automatic as stated. It had to be opened and closed by hand. There is a gate on the driveway that also has to be opened and closed by hand. The gate was never mentioned. We got to the house around 8pm after a long day and the house had not been cleaned from previous renters. I contacted the host and he stated he would contact the cleaners. He kind of left us hanging without exact answers of when the cleaners would be there but they did show up and got the house put together for us. Other than these issues the house was comfortable and worked for our family stay.

Easy to find, but a real tight fit. Garages weren’t tall enough for a minivan or suv like we had. Also, not enough room to park suv to be out of the way for guests staying in unit further back. Did not get entry/stay information until after arriving and emailing owner and calling VRBO customer service. Multiple maintenance issues inside home including water leaking onto floor every time we showered and power going out in the one garage we actually had a vehicle in. We chose to stay here because it fit the 6 travelers we had, but we found there were not enough of certain items to accommodate our group (towels, silverware, AC units only in two rooms). Fortunately, we didn’t visit Southern CA for the house. The house is close enough to everything you would want to see/do in So Cal and is convenient for lots of activities. The neighborhood is quiet and inviting on a road far enough off the main roads to be comfortable. It would be worth the stay again, if the upkeep and communication were improved.

Very chic and well appointed

Very cool automated lights. Good eye for decor. It’s actually inspiring me for my own kitchen. Great to have a garage. A bit of squeeze to get in. Middle bedroom has no ventilation or AC but fan did the trick. Easy access to airport. Quiet location.

Comfortable Stay

This home seems to be a newer remodel. Home is comfy for about 6 people but very minimal amenities for four people including towels and silverware. If you drink wine I suggest having a bottle wine opener. Beds were extremely comfortable. Home was equipped with motion lights which is amazing idea especially for little ones. I will be setting some up in my own home when I return. I would recommend staying here just make sure to pack some amenities if you need it.
