Perfect little spot
Exactly what we needed as our base for visiting with friends and family who are scattered throughout LA & OC. Perfect for 2 people plus our fur baby. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay again.

Great Location + pet friendly
We had a great stay here. The location is great to get to Disney quickly. Quiet neighborhood that was great to walk our dogs. There is even a great coffee shop in walking distance. We were so grateful to have a safe place our dogs could stay. We would definitely come back in the future.

Great place to stay.
The apartment is as described. Spacious enough for one and good for entertaining a guest. The dedicated parking spot makes things easier. I was able to cook and work virtually. The Internet speed is great. The only downside was the lack of response from the host after many inquiries.

Dog friendly and everything you need on a road trip!
This place is not big but it has everything you need. It actually has a lot of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. It is a ground unit so it’s easy have the dog in and out. Dedicated parking spot is also a big plus for a street that seems to have more cars than parking spaces.

Poor communication, unresponsive management
Had no information leading up to check-in. Was able to get a hold of the manager after 3 attempts while we were driving down to be informed that there was an AC leak and he would issue a refund if we opted to not stay. We came in understanding that the unit would be a bit messy and that we wouldn't be able to use the AC. That was no issue, our issue was that this wasn't communicated until we were a few hours from our location and after we had reached out. Upon arrival, we did not have parking as someone took our spot which was the case for 2 nights of our 4 night stay. That is understandably not their fault, but it just reinforced their lack of communication. Our second night there, the front door smart lock stopped working, again I tried to reach out multiple times but received no response. We brought our puppy and were anticipating being able to leave her for a few hours, however being unable to lock the front door we couldn't leave her. We ended up finding alternative accommodations for her while we were out. This said, we had to leave the unit unlocked all day with our belongings unsecured and disappointedly this didn't even trigger a response from management. Overall, the unit it pretty. But, management is unresponsive and disorganized.

Safe and clean home
The home was as described, quite area, families and home was clean, but communication with me from host was terrible. I tried to get info on access to home and reserved parking information a week before but this was sent 1 hour before arrival. This made our trip stressful, not knowing the details.
