Holiday home of 120 m2 with swimming pool for 6 people, ideal both for winter and summer. In summer, enjoy your living room with access to a porch equipped with outdoor furniture and views of the pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for cooling off and relaxing outdoors. In winter, the living room has a cozy wood stove to create a warm and pleasant atmosphere, as well as reversible air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring an ideal temperature throughout the year. 3 bedrooms: ground floor, two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 cm each) sharing bathroom. On the upper floor, a suite with double bed (160 cm), bathroom with direct access to a terrace of 12 m2 with relaxing views. On the top floor, you will find a solarium where you can sunbathe, read a good book or enjoy a night of stars. Wifi, reversible air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room, and parking for 2 vehicles inside the plot. The house is located in the urbanization Ámfora, a quiet area near the village and only 200 m from the beach of Sant Pere Pescador, ideal for windsurfing, kayaking and exploring the nearby natural park of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà. Make the perfect getaway in any season of the year! < Discover the magic of the Costa Brava, relax on the beach or enjoy the warmth of home! Groups under 25 are not accepted. Pets are welcome.
