Located in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Mallorca East, this charming villa with private pool is ideal for 9 guests.



The villa is a 10-15 minute drive from the beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, the town of Manacor with restaurants and shops and the golf course of Son Servera. You can visit the picturesque villages of Artà and Capdepera, the caves of Artà, party in Cala Ratjada or enjoy a family day out at the safari zoo in Cala Millor.



Although there are so many things to do in Mallorca, you will surely love coming home; swimming in the pool or organising a barbecue with friends. The 10 x 4 metre chlorine pool with a depth of 0.5 to 1.8 metres is surrounded by a terrace with 9 sunbeds and some umbrellas. One pool towel per person is available. The stone facade regulates the temperature, so that it is very pleasant during the summer. The decoration of the rooms is a mixture of elegance and modernity and the natural stone walls give an authentic touch to the rooms. The living room with satellite TV and Wifi is equipped with a wood-burning cooker and comfortable sofa. The open-plan kitchen is next to the living room with gas hob and dishwasher, among other things. The dining room with a large dining table invites you to spend evenings with the family. Four of the five bedrooms with wardrobe have a double bed, while the fifth bedroom comes with 1 single bed. An en-suite bathroom with bathtub as well as two separate shower baths, a washing machine, iron and a cot on request complete the equipment.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
