Amazing place, very comfortable and grandly staff, the only bad thing is the breakfast buffet, There was spoiled food that was put out to eat and I saw an employee (maybe the manager) yelling horribly at one of the restaurant employees

The multilingual hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and the buffet breakfast is excellent with so many options of food. The pool has a lifeguard during the day and the pool area is kept very clean. There were plenty of sun loungers to relax on. Sa Coma beach is around a 10 min walk and Cala Millor beach is also around a 10min walk away. There are lots of restaurants in Cala Millor and Sa Coma to choose from for evening meals which were very good. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it.

The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Our family of four found the staff always available and very helpful. The swimming facilities were great, attractive, and well-maintained. We had half board, which was good and offered a diverse selection with a different theme each day. The beach was a pleasant 15-minute walk away, passing by shops along the way. Strolling along the boardwalk in the late afternoon, enjoying the summer breeze and watching the sun set, was a highlight of our stay.

2 fois qu’on viens dans cet hôtel, nous apprécions le cadre les chambres sont bien. Les repas sont assez variés nous trouvons juste dommage qu’avec la demi-pension nous n’avons pas au moins une bouteille d’eau le soir au repas offerte. Le personnels dans l’ensemble sont symptomatiques sauf je trouve une personne au repas du soir qui je trouve n’est pas très gracieuse même un peu froide.

Schönes Hotel ca 4 min zum Cala Major Strand und 15 mn zum sa coma Strand. Sehr nette Personal. Es wäre aber schön für das Buffet beim Frühstück nicht nur billiger Schweinefleisch und mehr Auswahl an Fleisch und.gesundes Essen anbieten können. Ansonsten habe ich und die Kinder ein schönes Urlaub verbracht und haben das Essen im Hotel a la cart bestellt weil wir zum Glück nur Frühstück gebucht haben .

Wir waren mit unserer Familie für 8 Tage im Hotel Rosella. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und es gab große Schränke, in denen man alles verstauen konnte. Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Und ich bin in Sachen Sauberkeit wirklich pingelig. Auch das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren völlig in Ordnung. Da alles in Buffetform angereicht wurde, war für jeden etwas dabei. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der schöne Poolbereich und die zugehörige Poolbar. An den Animationen haben wir kaum teilgenommen, aber das Animationsteam hat sich große Mühe gegeben. Das Personal war überhaupt sehr bemüht und alle waren wirklich überaus freundlich und nett. Wlan ist im Hotel übrigens kostenlos. Auch der Zimmersafe ist kostenlos zu mieten. Für den Pool kann man sich Handtücher leihen, welche alle drei Tage gewechselt werden können. Auch dieser Service ist kostenfrei. Allgemein war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Rosella. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Ik verbleef vijf dagen in dit hotel. De omgeving is rustig, er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid en het strand ligt op vijf minuten lopen. Ook zijn er genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt om te eten. Het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk. Helaas was mijn ervaring met de kamer erg slecht. De inrichting was ongezellig en bij aankomst maakte de kamer een negatieve indruk. De slaapbank in de woonkamer werd als bed gebruikt, terwijl de slaapkamer twee losse bedden had. Verder trof ik vlekken aan op toiletpapier en een deken, wat erg vies was. Ook waren er mieren en zilvervisjes in de kamer. De schoonmaak was wisselend: één dag werd de kamer maar voor een kwart gedaan, de rest van de dagen was het wel in orde. De badkamer is ruim, maar de wasbak loopt nauwelijks door. Daarnaast viel op dat de verlichting in het trappenhuis niet werkte. Het grootste probleem was de airconditioning: in de slaapkamer werd het veel te koud, terwijl het in de woonkamer, waar iemand op de slaapbank sliep, juist een normale temperatuur bleef. Dit zorgde voor veel ongemak. Al met al vind ik dit hotel eerder drie sterren waard dan vier. Ik zou hier in de toekomst niet nog eens verblijven.
