IMPORTANT NOTES TO THE RESERVATION :

🏗️ Construction in the Condominium

As is common in private residential areas across Ibiza, construction work may take place until July 1 and again after September 1. During these periods, guests may occasionally notice construction activity or see cranes within the wider condominium.

Please note:

No construction of any kind is permitted during July and August

All properties adjacent to Paradise Villa are fully built.

Over the past two years, no guests have reported issues related to construction noise or crane activity. However, we believe in being fully transparent.

🛏️ Bedroom Notes

Fifth Bedroom

The fifth bedroom does not have sea views; it overlooks the garden. This is one of the most beautiful bedrooms in the Villa.

Sixth Bedroom
The sixth bedroom was originally designed as a staff room but can be comfortably used by guests. It accommodates two adults and includes a full bathroom and a small kitchenette.

Please note:

The villa’s boiler is located behind this room and may generate light noise when in use

Due to the boiler, the room can become slightly warmer than the rest of the villa, and air conditioning may not always lower the temperature to the same level as other bedrooms

Guests have stayed in this room without issue, but we believe it is important to clearly communicate these details.

🧹 Housekeeping Service

Daily housekeeping service is included for 4 hours per day.

Guests may extend this service upon request:

6 hours per day for an additional €100 per day

8 hours per day for an additional €200 per day

👨‍🍳 Chef Service

A private breakfast chef service is included for up to 12 guests from April 24 to September 31, 2026.

Additional guests: €80 per person

Please note that chef service does not include the cost of groceries

🍽️ Waiter Service

For guests who would like additional service during breakfast, a waiter can be arranged upon request.

Cost: €50 per hour

Minimum service: 4 hours per day

🧖 Spa & Pool Details

The jacuzzi located in the spa area is set up as a cold-water tub

The swimming pool can be heated to a maximum temperature of 24°C

Cost: €500 per week

Please allow up to 72 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature

🛒 Pre-Arrival Grocery Shopping Service

We offer a grocery shopping service so that your groceries are ready upon arrival at the villa.

Service fee: €250 for up to 4 shopping trips

Additional time: €50 per extra hour

Guests are responsible for reimbursing the cost of all purchases
