A beautiful five bedroom holiday villa in Es Cubells, a typical Ibizan town on the southern coast. The Mediterranean villa enjoys wide open interior spaces with air conditioning and an alarm system surrounded by pine trees and splendid, seaviews. With a capacity for 10 guests, the house has different levels and several outdoor living spaces such as the summer dining room, the solarium, the swimming pool, the chill-out area and various terraces to enjoy with uninterrupted ocean views.
The space
There are two master bedrooms, and two additional bedrooms
1.The first master bedroom has a living room with fireplace, Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, dressing room and access to a private terrace.
2. The second master bedroom has a living room with fireplace, Queen bed and connects to a children's bedroom with a bathroom to share with a bathtub and access to their private terrace.
3. The children's bedroom has two single beds. Due to the communication it has with the second master bedroom (number 2), it is an ideal space for a family with children enjoying privacy and space.
4.The fourth bedroom has a double bed, bathroom en-suite, fireplace plus pool access.
5. The fifth bedroom has two single beds, bathroom en-suite, laundry area, and garden access.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the Villa for the duration of their stay.
