Sehr schöne, geräumige Unterkunft. Auf einem Berg gelegen mit herausragendem Ausblick. Total ruhig, ohne Nachbarn gelegen. Traumhafte Terrassen, toller Pool, grandiose Außenküche. Alle Zimmer mit separatem Bad, allerdings bräuchten einzelne Bäder eine kleine Überarbeitung. Insgesamt ein super Haus.

Aufenthalt vom 28.05. - 07.06.2024 in Vista Sa Tanca

Die Finca liegt sehr schön abgeschieden auf einem Hügel mit einem fantastischen Blick u.a. in Richtung Manacor. Ein idealer Aufenthaltsort zum entspannen mit Freunden und Familie. Die Finca ist sehr geräumig und großzügig gestaltet, so dass man auch mit 12 Personen über ausreichend Platz verfügt. Zum Einkauf und Besuch von Restaurants benötigt man zwingend ein Auto. Kimberly und Francesc kümmern sich sehr zeitnah um alle Angelegenheiten, um die man bittet.

Wir hatten mit 11 Personen viel Platz. Die Aussenküche ist super und auch bei Regen kann man sich dort draussen aufhalten. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist mega. Wir hatten 7 wundervolle Tage. Der Geschirrspüler in der Aussenküche war kaputt.

Schöne Finca, aber nicht alles gut

- großzügige Finca - viel Platz für uns (wir waren 9 Personen) - praktisch eingerichtet - schöner Pool - tolle Aussicht - bei Regen ist der Platz auf der überdachten Terrasse an der Außenküche sehr praktisch - die Polster der Außenmöbel lagen offenbar schon länger draußen und waren voll Wasser und so nicht nutzbar.

Finca mit Potenzial für einen entspannten Urlaub

Räumlichkeiten und Lage der Finca ermöglichen einen entspannten Urlaub für Gruppen oder Familien. Der Pool und die Terrasse bieten ein tolles Ambiente mit schöner Aussicht. Durch die Anzahl der Schlafzimmer mit en suite Bädern kommt man sich nicht in die Quere und kann den Aufenthalt vollkommen genießen. Die Mieter sollten über die Müllentsorgung im Vorfeld informiert werden, da die Verfahren hier deutlich anders sind als in Deutschland.

Mallorca und eine Finca sind immer eine Reise wert!

Die Möglichkeiten die unsere Finca geboten hat. Wir waren scheinbar die ersten Mieter für das Jahr 2022 und haben so auch mit den ein oder anderen Umständen leben müssen! Sonnensegel noch nicht vorhanden, Warmwasserboiler defekt, Heizung der Finca, da wir im April halt doch noch deutlich kühlere Temperaturen hatten! Warum haben wir den Service so schlecht bewertet? Es wurde von Anfang an nie wirklich auf Email geantwortet, vieles Versprochen und wenig davon gehalten, Das ist auch der Grund für die erst jetzt geschriebene Bewertung da es 5Starhome bis jetzt noch immer nicht gelungen ist uns eine entsprechende Abschlussabrechnung zu erstellen! Was eigentlich Schade ist da es uns allen in der Finca gut bis sehr gut gefallen hat auf Grund der Möglichkeiten die diese Finca bietet!
