In the exteriors of this fantastic villa you will find a salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 8m x 4m and a depth range from 1.2m to 2m, which will be ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on the sun loungers available. On the terrace where the swimming pool is located there is also a sofa area where you can relax with your companions and have an aperitif. The outdoor dining area, located on the porch, will be the perfect place to extend your evenings after preparing a delicious barbecue while the children play on the playground. The villa is fenced and privacy is total. Inside, the house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room, which is equipped with TV. The kitchen is open to the dining room, is gas and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, on this floor you will find one of the three bedrooms available. This bedroom has a double bed and a fan. A bathroom with bathtub completes the room. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with AC and double bed. In addition to another terrace, a bathroom with shower serves this floor. You will be able to use the radiators, washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation.
