What a hidden gem! A great location, fantastic restaurant (great breakfasts) and what a view! The drinks are quite expensive though so beware! The TV in my room didn’t work but I didn’t care, the rest was so good! I’ll be back, thank you.

What a beautiful building! What a view! What a sunset! And the staff are great. If you are looking for a place that is away from the masses in San Antonio then Hostal La Torre is perfect. The restaurant serves delicious food while DJs provide an ideal soundtrack to every sunset.

Upgrade your room

The hotel itself was even more beautiful than we expected. The grounds and restaurant / bar were fabulous as was sunset. Chic and modern. We booked the best room available which was a double with balcony and it was ok but absolutely tiny and VERY noise with people coming and going outside. My sister had a junior suite which was 100x better than our room on a whole new level and only a little more expensive but only two available in the hotel. It was also really annoying not to have a fridge (the suite does). Book well in advance to make sure you get one of the sea view rooms (i think there are only two) it really changes your experience and the sunset view is amazing. Big problem with wasps in the restaurant for breakfast (which is delicious ) which they need to sort out immediately. Comfy beds, nice prducts in the rooms. Service from staff was some of the best ever we were blown away by how fab it was. Would go back but not on the same room.
