Entering the property we are greeted by a horizontal corridor. Immediately on the left we find a large open kitchen with dining table, sofa bed, television and access to a private balcony. The balcony is equipped with a small table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying the view of the cycle path and the sea.
Opposite the entrance door is the bathroom, equipped with toilet, bidet, shower and sink.
Finally, to the right of the bathroom we find the double bedroom, also with a window overlooking the street and the cycle path.
