Resepsiyonda Aydın Bey bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Bizi hamamlı odada ağırladı ve odayı çok beğendik. Sıra gecesi opsiyonu da sundu ama biz istemedik. Otel genel olarak gayet temizdi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Açık büfe kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. Urfa’ya tekrar gelirsek kalacağımız yer belli!

Fiyat performans oteli. Konumu merkezi. Yürüyerek merkeze ulaşıyorsunuz. Şehirden kaynaklı olarak otopark sorunu var. Aracınızı park edecek bir yer bulamazsanız otel ile iletişime geçerseniz yakın konumda anlaşmalı otopark için yardımcı oluyorlar. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldular. Cana yakınlar. Aralık 2024’te Urfa’da 2 gece konakladık. Bizi çok güzel ağırladılar, hava oldukça soğuktu ancak gelmeden önce odamızı ısıtmışlardı. Avlusu çok güzel, çay ikramları da var. Gelmeden önce bizi arayıp ne zaman geleceğimizi ve sıra gecesi isteyip istemediğimizi sordular. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, sadece kahvaltı biraz daha zenginleştirilebilir ve temizlik konusunda biraz daha özen gösterilebilir.
