For shared use: swimming pool heated (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep. and 01.Oct. - 30.Apr. pool opening hours: 10:00-18:00 and 16:00-19:00). In the complex: sauna, relaxation room, spa area, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Niedernfritz" 7 km, bathing lake "Seepark" 2 km. Golf course 20 m, skisport facilities 2 km, cross country ski track 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Dachstein West, Sankt Martin, Ski Amadé. Hiking paths: Lammertal. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
