Cozy house, with great amenities. Very safe and placid neighborhood. You can’t beat the close proximity to the beach.

Great location and house

Perfect house for our family of four! The weather didn’t cooperate but we had a great stay. The house was immaculate, beds are comfy and the walk to the beach was short. Lots of food and coffee places close by!

Long weekend getaway

This house was perfect for our family of four, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants nearby.Only downside to the who trip, was that we couldn’t stay longer!!! But we will definitely be booking again!

It's a very cute home, and a very easy walk to the beach. We were able to check in early which was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious and Comfortable Home

We love visiting the Town Neck area of Sandwich and this home was located perfectly- walkable to the beach and boardwalk, as well as some coffee shops and restaurants. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable for me, my spouse and our young adult children. We would rent again!

Had a great stay. House is in very good condition and well equipped. Nice backyard and sitting area on the deck. Would rent again.

We had a great experience in Sandwich. The house was spacious and very clean. Room for everyone to stretch out and get away when they wanted to. The backyard is well landscaped. Location is really excellent and walkable to the beach, brewery, etc. Beds are very comfy, though having to make your own beds upon arrival and bring/rent linens was a huge bummer. Overall we'd highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Great stay

We had a wonderful week's stay at this home. The location is so convenient to stores, restaurants, and beaches. The home was clean, and provided all the necessities we needed. There is also an adorable and cozy backyard/deck area to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a cocktail at the end of the day. All around a great home and a great location. We hope to rent again next year.

Beautiful fall stay

This property is close to the beach and board walk. Town neck beach is a nice sandy beach and extremely walkable. We were sometimes the only people at the beach and it was amazing! Beautiful sunsets! The house was clean and had some board games that we played in the basement on a rainy day.

Clean and comfortable house in great location

This was our second stay in this well-appointed house in walking distance of Town Neck Beach. The house is well-maintained, and the owners have even made improvements since last year. It was very comfortable for 4 adults. The backyard is small but beautiful — we loved watching the birds and bunnies as we ate breakfast outside. This was the first time we’ve ever stayed in the same house twice. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better than it looks. We had a wonderful time and explored the area. It was a great location to return to every night. We went from Provincetown to Martha’s Vineyard and this was perfect. The neighbors were extremely nice and friendly as well!

Could not of been better

Althoug a nice quiet rental with all you need...we did not use its potential.....we travelled all over boston and up and down the cape....and yes we would definetly rent again but for a longer period of time .....it was GREAT and thank you

Heaven

Our week in this home was wonderful. Everyone in the Sandwich area is so friendly. We loved some fresh baked goods from Beth’s Bakery and the Superior Fish Market is wonderful. We dined out at the Fisherman’s View Seafood. We highly recommend this restaurant.The house was just as it looks in the pictures. The landscaping is breathtaking, just wish we had been there when everything was in bloom.My only suggestion would be to get a few more pots and pans and a few more blankets.

Perfect getaway

I brought my husband and kids to the Cape to show them around because they had never been. This house was a short walk to the beach, the Sandwich boardwalk, and walkable to restaurants and Treehouse Brewery. We used it as a home base while we explored the rest of the Cape. We liked that it was close to the bridge so that we could get on and off quickly when upon arrival and departure. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped to eat in or out. We enjoyed the back porch in the evening.

A lovely cape house

My family of 4 stayed at this house for a week. It was lovely. The backyard is a real gem. The beach is about .5 miles away. Unfortunately the boardwalk is under construction currently but the town of Sandwich is sweet and small enough that everything is within 10-15 mins. The rooms were comfortable and there were fire tvs in nearly every one. We would definitely consider booking again.

Wonderful Spot in Sandwich!

Three of us (College friends for 30+ years) stayed at this property for a long weekend and it was, in a word, perfect. It's beautifully kept and spotless, with a fabulous kitchen. The accommodations are very comfortable, the upstairs rooms are spacious and the basement is a wonderful casual area with a lovely bedroom. The property is a very short walk to the beach (Town Hill) and the neighborhood is lovely for walking. The house within short driving distance of everything you need-market, restaurant, coffee shop, etc, We stayed in March so did not use the outdoor features, the porch and backyard would be lovely in summer. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Basement bedroom too musty

My husband and 2 adult sons stayed here for a week in August. The location, cleanliness, and two upstairs bedrooms are great! Unfortunately, the basement was so musty that the entire downstairs — including the basement bedroom — were unusable, which was a problem because my sons (both in their 20s) understandably did not want to share a bed. This house is not really suitable for 6 people, because the common areas aren’t big enough for 6 people to be together. It would be great for 2 couples, though!

Clean and Perfect

Four of us Stayed in this beautiful home for three nights. Our friends stayed in the king room and we took the queen, both on the second floor. The beds were comfortable and clean. The house is close to the beach though we were there when it was too cold to enjoy it:) The house was quiet and comfortable with the exception of one night when the cape was having a wind storm and it was blowing the outdoor furniture around on the upper deck. We just brought the chairs inside for the night The house is tastefully decorated with a quiet nautical theme of starfish. It had everything we needed including a toaster oven and Keurig coffee pot complete with pods and water. The downstairs shower even has a towel warmer! We would definitely stay here again and have also recommended it or other friends and family.
