Brand new Rossoarancio apartment with panoramic terrace
It is a brand new building located in the new residential area of San Vito Lo Capo, just 10 minutes walk from the sea.
The apartments are 2 (one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor) and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people there. The area is quiet and well ventilated.
The houses are large (about 70 square meters), bright and finely furnished in a modern style.
Wi-Fi internet access is available for free in both houses.
The first floor apartment has a terrace / solarium with a pleasant panoramic view over the town and the sea.
The ground floor apartment has instead a large veranda equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue.
The beach of San Vito Lo Capo is easily reachable on foot in 10 min., While for those wishing there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the beach and to the town center and stops 100 meters from the apartment.

Soggiorno a San Vito lo capo
Casa pulitissima e completamente igienizzata come da normativa Covid-19. Ampia zona giorno con cucina a vista e balcone, zona notte con due camere matrimoniali e bagno finestrato.
Separatamente, al piano superiore terrazzo ad uso esclusivo con ottimo piano barbecue e vista panoramica.
Con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si arriva al centro e alla spiaggia di San Vito lo capo dove si può trovare ristoranti, supermercati e tanto altro. La casa si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Posto auto.
La proprietaria, Caterina, molto gentile e disponibile.

2 coppie affitto per 10 giorni. Appartamento precisamente come da foto, spazioso, pulito con una fantastica terrazza per barbecue
Caterina e Vito sono stati disponibili e gentilissimi check in veloce tantissime informazioni e consigli su cosa fare/vedere sul posto.
Posto auto molto comodo in una vietta privata a lato appartamento. Pienamente soddisfatti lo consiglio vivamente
