Nice apartment in S. Vito di Cadore, entirely furnished in wood with a living area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a basement with a second bathroom with shower and large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
Due to its size it is ideal for a family unit or a group of friends. Located near the ski slopes and the “Nevesole” playground, ideal for spending pleasant days on the snow in winter and at Mosigo lake for pleasant walks in spring and summer.

The apartment measures 100 square meters and is located on two levels; on the ground floor there is a living room with sofa, LCD TV and a dining table. There is also a kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge and microwave. In the sleeping area there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed, ideal to host 7 people. There is a bathroom, bidet, shower and washing machine. On the -1 floor there is a beautiful tavern with a large wooden table and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a second bathroom with shower. Finally, there is a parking space in the garage and Wi-Fi connection. The house is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for comfort just a stone's throw from the ski slopes.

Decent location, well equiped, cleaning should be improved
- conveniently located, but it's important to note that traveling to and from the Cortina ski lifts takes at least 30 minutes due to heavy traffic; - well-equipped kitchen, it’s a mixture of old kitchen equipment from various eras and sources, but everything worked well; - unusual feature of the property is that the entrance to the kitchen is directly from the garage and the kitchen windows, which are shown in the pictures, face a wall approximately 30 cm away, which limits natural light and creates “cellar feeling” in the kitchen; - there is no space for storing and drying skiing boots and other equipment, so you end up having them in the kitchen; - there is certainly a room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. We encountered some principal oversight (such as used socks left in the living room and some really greasy dishes in the kitchen cupboards) Despite the cleanliness concerns and specific aspects of the property's layout, our stay was generally positive. With some attention to cleaning and clear communication about the unique layout, this property could provide pleasant experience more corresponding to expectations.
