Due to its size it is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. Located near the ski slopes and the “Nevesole” playground, ideal for spending pleasant days on the snow in winter and at Mosigo lake for pleasant walks in spring and summer.
The apartment measures 100 square meters and consists of a large and bright living area with lounge consisting of two comfortable sofas and LCD TV and a dining area with large table and wooden bench. From the living room you have access to the large and panoramic balcony which has two tables for pleasant outdoor aperitifs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two single beds and two double bedrooms, with a large wardrobe and both with access to a second large balcony.
There are two bathrooms, one with whirlpool tub and washing machine, the other with whirlpool tub and shower with turkish bath. To complete the offer of this beautiful and bright attic, the Wi-Fi connection and an outdoor parking space.
