Très bon séjour!
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, Sylvana et Stefano sont des hôtes très gentils et accueillants. Le logement était très propre, confortable et bien équipé. L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder rapidement aux plages alentours.

Gentilissima e pulitissima
La struttura è in una posizione ottima per visitare le più belle spiagge di San Teodoro e porto San Paolo. L’appartamento è pulitissimo e curato nei dettagli, provvisto delle cose minime appena arrivi, come una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo! Senza problemi mi è stata fornita la biancheria da letto e da bagno. La signora Silvana è da 10 e lode!

San Teodoro
Wir hatten sehr schöne Urlaubstage in San Teodoro, leider etwas getrübt durch eine fehlende Air Condition. Bei fast 40 Grad ohne nennenswerte Abkühlung in der Nacht und sehr vielen Mücken ist Schlaf ein echtes Problem. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, spricht aber leider nicht ein Wort Englisch/Deutsch . Die Anschrift der Wohnung war mit San Teodoro, Via Santa Maria angegeben. Diese gaben wir in unser Navi ein , welches uns in eine Via Santa Maria in San Teodoro führte. Dort haben wir die Wohnung gesucht bei 40 Grad und waren nicht erfolgreich. Wir haben der Vermieterin den Standort geschickt und sie sagte immer nur „Si“. Eine Hausnummer haben wir schließlich herausgefunden, nämlich Nummer 1, nur gab es die in der Via Santa Maria nicht. Nach fast 2 Stunden stellte sich heraus, dass es im Ort 2 Straßen namens VIA Santa Maria gab, die Vermieterin konnte aufgrund des schwachen Internets jedoch den genauen Standort nicht erkennen, da beide Straßen nur ca 800m auseinanderliegen. Mit minimalen Englischkenntnissen hätte man sich diese Situation ersparen können. Die Wohnung als solche ist gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung natürlich Geschmacksache. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind sehr hübsch, so dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Allerdings braucht man dringend ein Auto , um in die Stadt bzw. an die Strände zu kommen .

Perfekter Kurzurlaub
Wir haben ganz kurzentschlossen diese Ferienwohnung gebucht. Die Absprachen liefen unkompliziert und schnell. Der Google-Übersetzer hat geholfen ;-) Die Lage ist super! Die Strände der Costa Smeralda sind alle nur kurze Wege mit dem Mietwagen entfernt und man hat eine große Auswahl. Wir wurden außerordentlich freundlich von Silvana und Stefano empfangen, obwohl wir recht spät eintrafen. Alles wurde kurz erklärt und und uns dann eine angenehme Nacht gewünscht. Zum Abschied gab es dann noch selbstgemachtes Gebäck und einen großartigen Limettenlikör. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. So muss Urlaub sein! Vielen, vielen Dank!!!

Wohnung in San Teodoro
Die Wohnung von Silvana hat alles was man für schönen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Silvana ist eine sehr freundliche und großartige Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist super. Die Wohnung ist 30 min zu Fuss von dem schönen Strand La Imposte entfernt. Herzlichen Dank Silvana. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Mile grazia :-)

Traumurlaub in San Teodoro
Ca. 30 min. entfernt von Olbia liegt das wunderschöne Ferienhaus von Silvana. Von dort aus kann man problemlos innerhalb von 10 min. alle schönen Strände in der Nähe erreichen! Bis nach San Teodoro dauert es ca. 5-10 min. Das Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer/Küche. Besonders schön ist der Außenbereich mit zwei Terrassen, einem Grillplatz mit Garten. Silvana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer auf die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Gäste eingeht und stets zur Stelle ist, wenn etwas sein sollte! Insgesamt waren wir alle begeistert und würden immer wieder kommen! Danke...

Ein super Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft
Die Wohnung war perfekt geeignet für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Alles war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern Silvana und Stefano empfangen. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes standen sie uns mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Verfügung. Außerdem wurden wir mit sardischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Von dort aus konnte man viele verschiedene Strände besuchen und auch gut Ausflüge an die Nordküste, an die Ostküste und in das Hinterland machen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diese Unterkunft fahren und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Der Urlaub hat uns mehr als nur gut gefallen. Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Sardinien und haben uns dieses Mal ein Mietwagen gemietet. Mit diesem sind von der Ferienwohnung viele wunderschöne Strände in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung hat uns überzeugt und wir waren allgemein mit dieser sehr zufrieden. Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber Silvana und Stefano sind nicht mehr zu übertreffen. Wir wurden rund um die Uhr von den Beiden gut behandelt und das war mit Sicherheit nichts das letzte Mal, dass wir diese freundliche Familie besuchen.
