Our stay at Laurentia was everything we needed and more. The location was great because it was walkable, there were plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies, places to eat and places to shop nearby. The National Hospital is also a 20 minute walk and super easy to get to (we were visiting family). The room itself was beautiful, a little on the small side and it had what we needed. Our room did not have a hair-dryer or clothing iron but we were able to get it from our concierge without an issue. The breakfast was delicious - the presentation and taste were on point. A special shoutout to our concierge and do it all man, Alejandro. He went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and was super knowledgeable about the area. He was also super helpful whenever we reached out for help and he was always ready with a kind word when we saw him on the grounds - he is a star and Laurentia is lucky to have him.

Staff was friendly and nice. They provide great service. The property was clean but old. However It was good for the price. But the area around where the hotel is located is not walkable. You need a car to get there.

Me gustó mucho, muy acogedor, limpio, la cama un éxito para descansar, la comida muy rica, Alejandro muy amable y super servicial. Lo único es que si recomendaría que decoraran más bonito por que el hotel tiene mucho potencial, las puertas más bonitas, son pocos los detalles que aún le faltan.

Cuando se llegó al chekeo no encontraban la reservación que se hizo y se había pagado, nos tuvieron 20 minutos en la recepción ya que no tenían registro de la reserva ni del pag, le tuvimos que enseñar del celular del pago de la tarjeta del mensaje de dónde habíamos reservado y los preguntaban cuando habíamos hecho la compra, un poco mala recepción, al final a los 20 minutos después y después de hacerlos varias preguntas nos dieron las llaves. De hay todo bien hermosas instalaciones, buena zona, super seguras
