At this San Luis Talpa resort, you'll be within 16 miles (25 km) of San Marcelino Beach and 20 miles (32 km) of Costa Del Sol Tourist Center. Playa San Blas and El Majahual Beach are also within 32 miles (52 km).

This Colonial resort features 4 outdoor pools, a restaurant, and a beach bar. Spend a day at the beach kayaking, or relax with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. There's fun for all ages with a children's pool and a playground, and families will appreciate the onsite laundry facilities.

Love the way staff made us feel welcomed and at home. The hotel has excellent service and has a tranquil feeling about it. Each corner invites you to sit and relax! Loved the place and plan to return later this year.

Hotel was nice but nobody is perfect

Our party - 3 adults 2 children. I read on the reviews that they often try and charge for additional people, BEWARE this happened to us! I ended up having to pay $150 extra because they accused me of not registering my kids on the online reservation Pros: Rooms are clean Staff is helpful The hotel is very secure Private beach - beautiful Cons: Food service - 1 hour for food - the food was also priced very high, even for El Salvador Street dogs at main bar wait to be fed, they are skinny and VERY unhealthy. I realize that they can’t stop them from coming up and I do feel bad for them but I don’t want to fight off 3 dogs and ask my child not to touch the dogs over and over again while we eat! Unfortunately this is the only area where you can eat by the ocean. They will serve you in the pool area as well. Location - Took 30 minutes from the Main Street on a very bumpy road to get there! Overall my family chose the hotel for the security. My mom had not been there in 40 years. Now that we have visited and found it to be pretty safe we would stay elsewhere. This hotel is not friendly to family coming for the day etc. They did not allow us to bring in leftovers from a days trip. They want you to eat only from their restaurant. Since we were there 6 days that got a little old. Like I said very secure so I would recommend them for that

Excelent Service

Rooms are very clean and cozy, with A/C, nice balcony view to the beach, very secured, the only issue that I saw was too many street dogs hanging around the food tables on the beach side and the rooms are a little old but other than that excellent. Service and customer service to my view has a 10 in excelency! I sure will come back sooner than later!

Excellent hotel right on the beach

Amazing surf, great sea shells, delicious food, friendly staff, reasonable prices, what more could we ask for? A little off the beaten path, as one would expect from El Salvador in the off season, so definitely not crawling with tourist.
