*NEW LISTING, FULLY RENOVATED for Summer 2025* Spacious luxury villa ideal for families and golf groups. Our 4 bedroom villa is fully equipped for long or short stays, with swimming pool, glass-curtain terrace and barbeque - perfect setting for a relaxing break.

Overlooking the Old Course at San Roque Club, with two 18 hole championship courses within walking distance. Resort facilities include golf academy, equestrian centre, hotel and clubhouse restaurants and local commercial centre.

The villa is ideally situated on the highest point of the San Roque Club, with sweeping views across the Mediterranean coastline and out towards the Sierra Bermeja mountains. On a clear day (we get a lot of those), you can see all the way to the snow-capped peaks of Sierra Nevada.

Despite the serene location, the villa is conveniently located within walking distance of the nearby golf clubhouse and resort hotel, both offering excellent dining options. The San Roque Club is a gated community, providing a safe and secure environment for guests and their families.

The property itself comprises four spacious bedrooms, three located on the ground floor, with the master bedroom on the first floor. Ceiling fans are fitted in all bedrooms and air conditioning is available throughout.

The glass-curtain terrace, overlooking the gardens, is part outdoor dining area and part games room, with table tennis, darts board and Xbox. Meanwhile, our private heated swimming pool is an ideal place to relax and soak up the afternoon sunshine.

Great place. Easy to find. Stunning location with top views

From first booking the property the owner was great to communicate with, giving us perfect directions to find the location. When we first arrived the golf course and facilties looked clean overall and the course it self looked like a good place for a golfing holiday but sadley we were there for an event happening in Gibralter so couldn't have a game due to no time. As I intend to visit again in the future I hope to thoughly test it out. The apartnent itself was clean and pretty well maintained although a couple of minor issues like you would expect for a property that looks a few years old but in no way affected our stay. The apartment has all the facitilies you will need and is very well equipped. You have your own personal balcony with everything you need. The living room is is comfy and a good place to relax and maybe watch some TV or play some games on the PS3 or even watch 1 of the many DVD's that are there. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy with heating and aircon. There are plenty of bathrooms and toilets so nobody is ever in anybodys way. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% love to stay in this apartment again.
